Had some dealings with the Dudley branch of the company fairly recently when trying to buy a property. They didn't phone back when they said they would. Messages were left but no call back. When phoning to make enquiries no communication within the office. I certainly wouldn't sell my house with them.

Billingham & co have managed the rental of my property for last 9 years, and during this time have handled all of the many complications, tenants and financing around letting. I trust their guidance and have always been very professional with me and the tenants under lease.

Victoria is priceless and went over and beyond her role as a estate agent through a very hard sale caused by the buyer, she listened to me cry and did EVERYTHING she could to make the problem better.
