The Bike Shed Arvostelua

Friendly and good service

The Kask helmet is excellent and The Bike Shed Team very quick at resolving a delivery issue.

I was kept well informed about my delivery and the bike arrived promptly and all in good order. Thank you Bike shed.

Ordered a present that was delivered to the recipient. He was delighted with his gift.

Ordered a gift card for my brother. I couldn't find them on the website initially, so sent an email and had a response within the hour - super helpful. Arrived quickly and well packaged. I know my brother will enjoy spending it! Thank you!

Great pricing. Efficient online ordering. Prompt delivery. Nothing to complain about at all. Well done!

Outstanding service very helpful with the purchase of a trek marlin 5 definitely recommend them

Bought a Kask Mojito and requested express delivery, delivered as promised and I’m very happy with the helmet. Fab customer service at a great price - a rare thing in 2024!

Seth and the team at the Bike Shed could not have been more friendly and helpful. My order was delivered super fast and customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommmend them. Thanks guys!

Absolutely hopeless! Firstly after placing my order they found they didn’t have the tyre even though it was shown in stock. Then when it eventually was sent out it got lost by the courier and took many email, phone calls etc. When it did turn up there was only one tyre and I order two different ones. So they only sent out one in the first place. They then told me they didn’t have the missing tyre in stock. So why did they take my order in the first place? It took a long time to get a refund. I would be very wary about using this supplier.

prompt delivery and caring service

Very professional. Seth was super helpful would definitely recommend to purchase from bike shed.

Excellent. Really fast delivery

Great company would highly recommend bike shed, Seth and the team were very helpful.

The team is very responsive and extremely helpful. Seth helped me understand which parts I need to get considering my needs. Also appreciated how he tried to assemble as much as he could prior to delivery which made my job so much easier! Enjoying my Tern bike ride very much now. I would highly recommend.

Bought a bike and raised a query about the bike and its components

No response to my query which resulted in me purchasing the items separately at a cost of £100

Requested a day for delivery and even though this was over a weeks notice the company has failed to delivery resulting in a wasted day off

This is despite emailing prior to the delivery date and confirming the date to avoid any delays or problems

When your spending nearly 4K on a bike I’d like to expect better service

Has put me off using this company again

Excellent service. The helmet ordered was dispatched on the same day.
Thoroughly recommended.

Thanks, Thanks, Thanks, I cannot Thankyou enough for the service the Crediton branch provided at 8.30Am, I was on JOGLE & needed urgent repairs to carry on, the staff didn’t shrug, look p’d off or tell me 2 hours later, just rectified the issues, chatted whilst working & sent me on my way and at a very reasonable cost of which I would of happily paid a premium, it was an absolute pleasure to come across professionals in their field who recognise that sometimes we have to go above & beyond. Anyone doing LEJOG or JOGLE please try & support this company in any way you can even if it’s just an impulse purchase. Thanks from Lee in Bury

Products arrived as expected and in good time, thank you

Knowledgeable staff and bike at a great price.
Plenty of help with set up.
