The Bike Shed Arvostelua

I ordered a gift voucher and it was posted quick and free postage

Excellent experience from Bike Shed, great sale price on the bike I wanted. After speaking to Seth at Crediton branch they were prepared to be flexible on finance.
Communication was excellent all the way through so I would highly recommend this company. Thanks to everyone.

Although not the cheapest and high postal charges, It was delivered quickly to my Great niece

Very easy and quick despatch. Would use again

Great price match service. Quick and simple process to get code for price matched product. Ordered online and picked up in store.

Good product very easy to do transaction with

Best service you could ask for

Awesome company. They totally get good customer service and are reliable.

Can’t rate the service any better.
Pete gave me so much info when purchasing my much loved Trek Dual Sport E bike and he was right, it is the perfect bike for me in every way, truly the best of both worlds, no downsides at all.
Amazing service from Pete.
After I had the shock of having this bike stolen off my bike rack on the eve of my ferry departure to France, an early morning phone call to the guys and they located a replacement bike, hurriedly prepared and charged it and had it ready for our friends to collect and bring over to us in 🇫🇷 on their departure the following day.
Thank you chaps, you are amazing.

The only place I could find that had the item I wanted in stock, and sent it next day FOC. Many thanks!

Purchase and delivery went smoothly, and good pricing. However on arrival I had to setup the bikes gear indexing, the bikes TCU was not screwed into place correctly and the future shock head cover had not been fitted correctly.

First time I have ordered from The Bike Shed….gift card for a birthday, nice card arrived to the value requested and as promised on time. Loved having alternative gift card option, will definitely shop again

Cannot fault the service.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Very helpful assistance from a member of shop staff when my delivery was messed up by FedEX. Great bike at a competitive price.

Great service. Picked a bike online at a steal of a price, had communication the next day and was kept up to date while it was prepped for delivery. Next day I had my bike. Very pleased and well done Bike Shed.

Really helpful staff, checked availability in different branches and advised on bike to work purchase process. Bike delivered quickly and as described. Very happy with service received

Bike shed is a great company. The bike arrived and on my first ride it developed a rear brake fault. Despite me having to dispose of the box due to the size bike shed offered me a solution. They directed me to the local specialized dealer and said they would cover the cost. This was a great solution for me as I couldn't easily get the bike back to them. I really appreciated all the contact throughout and would definitely recommend bike shed to anyone else.

Really helpful person helped me when I first rang up on a Monday afternoon, who directed me to the website, where I was able to find what I was looking for. It was despatched quickly and I had my shorts by the end of the week.
