Apne bussiness ko loss karna hai to is courier service se parcel dispatch karein.Third class service hai is company ki 4 se 5 days Tak parcel dispatch ke liye nikalta hi nahi. Aur costomer care number par phone bhi nahin lagta.Is courier service ki wajah se mujhe sirf loss hi hua hai 15 din ke baad hi parcel costomer ke pass deliver hota hai

Worst team support and very worst service

I had a terrible experience with BIG Ship. As a seller, my parcel never got picked up, but I was still charged for the service. To make matters worse, I was hit with another charge for Return to Origin (RTO). This feels like nothing short of extortion. Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They hire college students who treat the job as a casual activity, lacking responsibility and seriousness. I've lodged multiple complaints about stolen parcels. Recently, Neha Pal, my account manager for just two weeks, refused to address a lost parcel, claiming she wasn't my manager and demanded the AWB number for every shipment, which is impractical. When questioned about the lost parcel, she became aggressive, stating she couldn’t help because she had just joined the company.

Agressif, mauvaise compréhension du client, dégradation du service. Indigne de bigship où je sui client ailleurs et rattrape les bêtises de philipe

I am impressed they helped me in cost cutting in my logistics work and their staff is also too helpful and cooperative. They are really providing impressive services.

Arrogent staff, mislead coustomer, worst delivery system.

When wallet balance is low they will lick customer shoes and after that they don't bother for anything

J'ai acheté des drisses en polyester chez Big Ship. L'une n'était plus en stock, ils m'ont contacté très rapidement et offert de la remplacé par du dyneema sans surcout. La drisse en polyester reçue était défectueuse, dans les 2 heures suite à mon email, Big Ship remplaçait cette drisse défectueuse par une drisse en dyneema sans surcout. Des bons prix, et un très bons service commercial.
