Biesse Group Arvostelua 

Ho comprato una Baby Frog e in due anni di garanzia è stata più tempo in assistenza che a casa! E dopo 6 mesi che è finita la garanzia si è nuovamente rotta!!
Quindi in meno di tre anni dall'acquisto si è rotta ben tre volte! Mai più Didiesse.....

For a company that charges big money for their products you would think the after sales service would be good.
Can't get an answer from their spare parts division, constantly chasing them, they only have one site tech available to Victoria and he has to come down from QLD. If your machine goes down you are screwed.

If i could give less then 1 star i would. Save your time, sanity and money and go elsewhere. This company is so unbearabley awfull to deal with i can not explain. The machine was brand new over $300k and they could not install it and make it work for 6 months. No one would even turn up to work on it. They eventually got it going and it has been horrible ever since. The list of problems is long and the service is absolutely disgusting. They dont turn up they dont order parts they do no no how to fix some things but pretend they do. No staff at the company last there very long from admin to tech staff. So no one knows what they are doing. I have worked long hard years trying to build my business and these people do no even give the slightest care as to who they ruin with the woe ful machinery and service.

Salve a tutti,diffidate da queste macchine ricche di problemi.L'assistenza è da piangere , il responsabile alla seconda telefonata che ho fatto al service mi ha dato del cogl...one e mi ha sputato 30 minuti di male parole. Azienda che si nasconde dietro a cifre assurde per far intervenire il service.Informo chi volesse gettarsi nel tritacarne (e trita soldi) della biesse intermac che avendo io posseduto una water jet comprata nuova,confermo il fatto che la macchina non riusciva a lavorare per più di 10 minuti ininterrottamente senza avere un problema : cicli a vuoto della pompa , sabbia che blocca i passaggi,software a tempo (dopo un tot di tempo prestabilito da intermac,si blocca e per farlo ripartire devi far collegare intermac da remoto dopo aver pagato preventivamente a mezzo bonifico l'intervento ). Al milionesimo problema , il service,sempre a pagamento , mi ha chiesto di avvisarli quando sarei riuscito a risolvere il problema perchè loro non sono mai riusciti a risolverlo. Do Biesse make good machines? Sure.
Do you get any help when the machine breaks down? Nope!
Is it easy to learn how to use the software or get updates? Forget it!
If you send them a message or an email do you get an answer? Absolutely not!
Can you get a hold of spare parts easily? You wish!
Have I gotten any help during the last 5 years with my Rover A Smart when it doesn't open the dust collection vent when I program it to drill some holes? I think you know the answer!

It's very frustrating to spend a substantial amount of money on a machine that promises to increase productivity when the only thing it has done is give me a headache.
Apparently the only language Biesse speaks is money and they are only interested in selling machines but not helping you to actually use their products…

I can go on for days about the problems. But I digress…

I do not recommend you get anything from Biesse unless they fix their support and customer service.

La macchina non dispiace, il rapporto qualità prezzo è soddisfacente, purtroppo il problema principale è l'assistenza. Mi è stato venduto il tastatore che non il software attuale non potrà mai funzionare ne tanto meno, a loro dire ci sarà possibilità di farlo funzionare in futuro. Ho chiesto che venga asportato e anzichè restituirmi il valore in denaro di mandarmi un aggregato e darle io la differenza (si ANZICHE' PAGARE LA BIESSE A ME, PAGO IO ALLA BIESSE). Dalla prima richiesta ad oggi sono passati 8 mesi e ancora non ho notizie. Intanto mi devo tenere un accessorio non funzionante, la cosa peggiore è CHE NON MI MANDANO L'AGGREGATO che a me COMUNQUE serve e stiamo avendo difficoltà.

Prodotti mediamente più costosi dei concorrenti (vedi SCM) e di qualità non elevata. Difficilmente le macchine non manifestano problemi sia nel periodo di garanzia che soprattutto successivamente a causa di lavorazione di bassa qualità (saldature a vista, staffe senza basamento ecc...).
Nel caso di problemi (e richiesta ricambi) potete rassegnarvi in quanto prima di capire quale componente inviarvi possono anche passare dei mesi e nel frattempo il lavoro si accumula.
