After various soft launches, the overall feedback from a variety of sports people including; swimmers, runners, cyclists, and other sports people was incredibly positive we knew we had to launch the product as soon as possible!

Ordered the product 2 weeks ago. I emailed support twice to get an ETA on order but no response.
I then contacted the facebook page and was told it would be sorted and shipped immediately, and 4 days later still no shipping notification.
These people are useless and unprofessional. Do not waste your money on this disgrace of a company.
All the telltale signs of a scam are present. Two weeks and still no package, customer service is crap & quite frankly it's inexcusable that an $80 piece of plastic wouldn't ship out within a day. Refund was allegedly started yesterday, let's how long this takes
