I just refreshed my tab then i didnt see my old account anymore and new account come again then i co to the service provider saying i need to top up again tho i already deposited 200 pesos

If i could give zero stars that would even be too much
Customer service is a a disgrace , sent them 3 emails then they called m e a liar says I sent them none , been a customer for years , not once have they ever given me a free bet despite spending more than 5 grand a week with them , well no more I have joined sky bet who have already given me a free bet on several occasions, ******* PLEASE ANYONE WHO READS THIS REVIEW DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE THEY ARE ON THE VERGE OF BEING CLOSD DOWN BY THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY AND THE GAMBLING COMMISON ANYONE, PLUS GET AGENTS THAT ARE BASED ON THE UK AND SEAK ENGLISH , ABOLUTE MUPPETS!!!!!!!!!!!

Site are an absolute joke , customer service beyond belief , they don't even understand plain English, why don't you employ people in the UK for UK customers who speak English , used to be a high stakes sports player in betstars but no more due to there shocking customer service , refused to give me my money back on a match that was abandoned told me it's not out fault it was abandoned , been reading there going to lose there licences shortly anyway so probs best to stay way back from them as they try and rip off as many customers as they can before closing

Caugh them scamming, then they banned my account cause they got caught :D They gonna lose their MGA license in few weeks. So I dont recommend using this site anymore

I have been using it successfully for sportsbetting for over 4 years, after pinnaclesports closed their site for many countries. Also i have it connected to my 12 years old pokerstars account with free transfers between them. Just think about it, does Pokerstars with millions of rake collected daily need to scam customers ? Do You know how You recognize real broker ? They don´t offer free bonuses.

Stay away if backing horses theh dont do best odds guaranteed ridiculous forna betting site.

Good betting site, good limits and they don't ban and limit players compared to its competiors.

They have ignored all my emails and don't seem intent on paying out even with authorities involved

That was 3 weeks ago I sent them all the documentation and despite numerous emails they just refuse to reply. Why the **** do they act like they're doing me a favour??? You can't even phone them and live chat is disabled???
I've sent an email to the GC about them and the tactics
Even when /if they get back in touch I won't be using them with their chitty attitude to customers.

How do they have a licence

Terrible company took a break tried to reopen my account after 2 weeks I received a response to my initial email asking for various details plus proof of identity etc these were supplied two weeks later I www sent the same email asking for the information id already Provided so 4/5 weeks after requesting account still isn’t open - customer service for this company are a bunch of chimps their Combined IQ is probably less than 100

Cashed out at 11pm and money was transferred by 5.30pm next day which was a Sunday. Did have to provide verification info which was part of the T&C’s given the amount ... no issues whatsoever, will continue to bet with

I have a lot of experience with online sports betting companies. Betstars is one of the worst for a variety of reasons including appalling customer service, questionable security of funds, and discrimination against customers who dare to win money.

If you have any issues with your Betstars account, prepare yourself for a long and arduous journey. You CANNOT speak to them. It’s email only and they take at least 48hrs to respond. Not even a live chat facility is available. You can imagine how long an issue will take to resolve with emails being exchanged every 48hrs!

In terms of security of player funds, I don’t believe it to be particularly safe. I know of Betstars accounts being hacked and funds disappearing which they will take no responsibility for. They will say that your username/password was compromised which is your own fault. What is interesting is that they seem to be set up for this kind of activity. They offer a facility to set up an app-based payment wallet and another facility which allows you to transfer funds to other Betstars customers. It seems to me that this only serves to make the fraudster’s job easier! I don’t know of any other bookmakers that offer these facilities.

Finally, they discriminate against customers that dare to win. In fairness to them, all bookmakers do this by reducing the amount a customer can wager if they are deemed to have won too much. Betstars are not the fastest in the industry to restrict accounts (that would be Ladbrokes) but they will do so after losing a relatively small amount to a customer. This is a deeply unfair practice undertaken by all the bookmakers who are happy to take money from most of their customers but will not tolerate losing relatively small amounts to a handful of customers. Shame on them!

They have no communication skills at all! No phone number, these guys are stuck in 1965!! Even string and paper cups would be more useful than these cowboys!

I liked using this site for Sports Betting, now they accuse me of being associated with unknown accounts that I never have heard of.

The Spin and bet portion of the site can win you big money, even though it can sometimes be a big risk for high stakes.

I cannot recommend this site, since they took my money and winnings away, over something I do not have any association with.

I made my account, deposit money (WHY YOU LET US DEPOSIT IF OUR ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE????)and after it i had an email from them , to send ID and a documtn to verify my address.
I did and 20 days now i have no reply at all. I send them a lot of mails but no reply and the account still inactive.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ELSE INFORM ME IF THEY REPLIED THEM AND IF YES HOW MANY DAYS AFTER???
I M AFRAID I LOST MY MONEY....

UPDATE : For people who feel scared like i was 5 days ago. Finally they opened my account (after 16 days and mpre than 10 emails from my deposit ) and i managed to make a withdraw.

Absolutely disgusting,avoid.You cannot phone them.See this conversation over not paying a winning bet.
