A solid user experience.

As a VIP circle user, my experience with BETOBET has been remarkably positive in terms of the interface and the diversity of markets.
I especially appreciate that the platform focuses not only on promotion, but also on technical performance and the quality of service to the player.
It's gratifying to find an environment where user opinion is listened to in order to improve the overall experience.
The navigation is intuitive, and the support demonstrates a genuine commitment to its most valued players. Undoubtedly, a robust option for those seeking a balance between entertainment and support.

Do NOT deposit here

Short: Don’t play here.

Long: These are complete scammers. You deposit money, but you can’t withdraw your funds no matter what. They always come up with a new excuse, claiming that according to their terms you must wager your deposit 5x before you can withdraw. First, I wagered my deposit 7 times on sports betting. Then they blocked the withdrawal again, saying the deposits must be wagered 5x on casino games before withdrawal. I then wagered my original deposit 7 times on the casino as well. In total, I had wagered my deposit 12 times. I submitted a new withdrawal request and contacted customer support, but they stopped responding to me and the withdrawal was not approved.

On top of that, asking customers to leave Trustpilot reviews in exchange for a reward is completely ridiculous, you are essentially “buying” positive reviews.

Edit after response: It’s quite amusing that you are still trying to justify this. Since it’s not possible to attach a screenshot here, I am copying your response from the email:

“Hello again!

Thank you for your message.

To complete the 5x wagering requirement, you still need to wager 84 EUR. Once this remaining amount has been played through, you will be fully eligible to submit a new withdrawal request.

If you need any assistance or have further questions, we are here to help.

Best regards,”

The deposit I made was 10 EUR. Before this, I had already wagered 50 EUR on the casino and 60 EUR on sports betting.

Vastaus yritykseltä bet O bet

Hey there,

We hope all is well,

Thank you for your message. Please note that there is a mandatory 5x rollover requirement on deposits before a withdrawal can be processed. Your withdrawal was rejected twice as this requirement had not been completed at the time, and this was communicated via email.

Once the rollover is completed through either sports or casino play, withdrawals can be approved. In this case, the requirement was met, however the funds were subsequently used during gameplay. At this stage, there are no remaining funds available to process a withdrawal.

Sito di gioco soddisfacente

Il sito di gioco é molto semplice da utilizzare e i provider di gioco sono molti e da ampia scelta. Soddisfatto e continuerò a giocare. Forse più promozioni gratuite o programmi dove guadagnare punti aggiungerebbero un tocco in più al gioco.
