Hi Shahjahan I think this review needs an accurate reply. You placed an order online for a Maestri M53 professional electric upholstery stapler/nailer when you clearly wanted to use the stapler for a flooring application. Rather then send out an incorrect tool our sales team called you to advise you of the correct model Maestri professional electric flooring stapler that you would need and you declined our advice. With this we issued a full refund immediately as there would be no point sending out the wrong tool only for you to return it later. Maybe I suggest you read the item title and description before placing an order in the future as it cant be more clear about what this tool is suitable for. Best regards Richard Simson (Sales Manager).
