Amazing customer service everytime
I've ordered office chairs from this company a couple of times. The order process is super quick and easy. Enquiries handled over the chat window have always been dealt with so efficiently it surprises me every time! I have had no complaints with this company in my experience with them.

Fantastic After Sales from James!
Had a very unfortunate gas bottle failure just on the end of warranty. James (via web chat) was onto it in seconds and arranged to ship out a replacement FOC.
An increasingly rare level of service.
Highly recommended and gets my repeat business.

It was exactly what I wanted and I was not disappointed with the quality.I needed that chair quite quickly for my wife who had been poorly and sho loves it. Nice chair, good service
Nice chair at a good price. Sadly after it if use a part broke, I sent them some pictures and they sent a free replacement, even rescheduling the delivery to wait until we'd be in. These things happen, it's how they deal with it that makes a difference. I'm a happy customer.

Completely useless
Completely useless, delivery refused twice as they didn’t come to the address given and tried to blame me for giving the wrong address! Problem was I already had a chair delivered there 2 weeks before, so was completely the drivers fault. First purchase was fine, second was an absolute joke so I’ve asked for a refund after waiting over 2 weeks and being asked to take a picture of my office outside? I’m running a business and do not have time to be waiting around when I get several deliveries per day successfully delivered. Better off buying from a shop IMO

It was only when you called to chase delivery that we were advised by TNT that it was refused as he went to the wrong Unit 1 you then gave us the address of your company ARMADILO Self storage, which we passed onto TNT via live chat and they said they would update but for some reason, they never added this to the driver's notes and he went to the wrong address again.
I have raised a complaint with TNT for the hassle and inconvenience caused
Update
I can now see the chairs have been delivered ok the following day, TNT emailed me to apologize for their error in not updating your company name.

New office chair
I've been looking around for a good office chair and as usual I read a lot of reviews. I found what I like, contact Best Buy to ask a few questions (very helpful and knowledgeable). As a bonus I couldn't find the same chair cheaper anywhere else. The delivery was on time and as stated, all in all a very good experience.

Don't always belive what you read! Bought a chair expecting delivery the same day as promised. No such luck. Wasted an entire day waiting for it to arrive.

I have looked into the issue that you have left a review on and i can see it was our system that gave you the wrong delivery date on your confirmation, So I apologize you waited all day for nothing to arrive, had we known we would have called to advise the last thing we want is to have you take a day of work for nothing to be delivered.
We have now delivered you a new chair on the date requested that you would be home, I am glad it has arrived safely. Once again i am sorry the first one arrive late, was left unattended and damaged, we will take this up with the courier asap.
