I called in without an appointment to get the service light turned off in our BMW i3.

I was warmly greeted by the two chaps on reception, and within minutes I was on my way, thanks to Alex who fixed the problem immediately.

Very unprofessional Team working here, I will never go to any bmw authorised dealer again, i am sure now i will get robbed by every dealer if bmw is associating with such bad characters like Berry Thames Ditton BMW .They acted just like any crooked car garage. They changed the price of repair work when they realised that I was going for payment loan option giving such a lame excuse of labour charge not included in the price. My recommendation to everybody don't use BMW authorised service Like (Berry Thames Ditton BMW) they are no different than any other independent bmw garage .

Having had a bad experience buying the car last year, I thought I’d give them a second chance with the garage for the required service. This was a mistake. The booking team was rude and shouted at me because I didn’t want the “major service” he was trying to upsell. I’ve since booked with another garage. Berry Thames Ditton gives an awful impression of the BMW brand and I’m amazed BMW partners with them.

I would like to thanks Jonathan Davison who helped me from the begining in the process of buying my IX3. He is really kind, patient and promptly replied to all my emails at all the time. The process made me very easy by him. On the day when I collect my car Jonathan spent enough time to demonstrate all the features on my car. Highly recommend Berry Thames Ditton for your next car and don't fotget to meet Jonathan. He is the sales executive 10 out of 10.

I bought my X6 on the 1st May 2025
The salesman told me the tyre tread was over 4mm or if any lower at point of sale they would change.
The heads up display stopped working after a few weeks and the breaks became super sqeeky so I booked the car in to be fixed under the remaining warranty.
I had a email from BMW asking me to pay £640 for two new rear tyres because they were below 3mm tread.
I told them I had only covered a few hundred miles and the salesman had assured me at least six months remain on the tyres before the would need replacing.
I was also told all M class BMWs breaks squeal.
Tuesday the 27th of May I contacted their service department and explained all to them.
They replied they would speak to the salesman and phone me straight back.
Now the 2nd June and no phone call or replies to my 6 emails.
I’m now threatening with proceedings.
Disgusting people to deal with and please be aware of their lies..

Edwin was amazing and a great salesman! He did not try to sell me any car but the right car for me! We did not rush me to make a decision and talked me through 3 different specs to help me find the right car for my needs.
I will be sending anyone that’s looking for a new BMW to see him!

Sheldon, the sales executive, was excellent and very efficient, and answered all our questions honestly and clearly. And the coffee was pretty good too. Overall, a very positive experience.

UPDATE!
So it turns out these were empty words. Berry Motors “investigated” and found that we should have removed any possessions from the car before it went in for bodywork. Of course, we were never asked to do so and never imagined anyone would be rifling through our gloveboxes. One member of staff half heartedly said he’d look for them and subsequently offered us someone else’s sunglasses. There’s been silence ever since. I’m still saddened that we’ll be ending our relationship with Berry Motors on this note.

Our car went in for body work and whilst it was there a pair of expensive prescription sunglasses went missing along with some other less valuable items. Despite repeated phone calls they have not taken this seriously, they delayed to begin with by saying they had to follow up with absent employees but never came back to us without being chased. They have washed their hands of it and refused to consider compensation. After many years of decent service from them this has left a very sour taste.

SOLD ME A PREVIOUSLY CRASH DAMAGED BMW - KF21 AUR - VIN: WBS42AY040FL63087 - THEY HAVE PUT THIS FAULTY CAR BACK UP FOR SALE IN LESS THAN A WEEK OF ME RETURNING IT

Car has been in an unrecorded accident, please see attached pictures for faults. The laser lights are fake, and there are several wires and sensors cut and hanging out. The front crash bar has been replaced with a piece of plastic and is secured with zip ties. Paint bubbling on front bumper, parking sensors were out of place so they fixed them in with double-sided tape, metal screws found in diffuser and much more.

After just seven days of ownership, we discovered multiple safety issues that put my family and me at serious risk.

The vehicle had been heavily modified and was previously in a crash none of which was disclosed. Issues included:
• Metal screws in the diffuser, posing a serious risk of tyre punctures
• Safety sensors and wires cut
• Crash bar replaced with a plastic piece, held together with cables
• Poor respray, with bubbling paint
• Fake BMW laser lights installed
• Several screws and bolts missing throughout the car

Stay away from this dealership. They are knowingly selling damaged and modified cars without disclosure. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible Company to deal with went back on an agreement after taking a deposit, definitely no thought given to the customer!! It’s seems they don’t like a negative review and have the capability of getting it removed!! Avoid!

We were looking to purchase a new mini countryman, we visited the 2 local Mini dealers Sytner Cardiff and Sytner Newport, we ended up leaving a deposit with the Cardiff branch and was told our mini would be ready to collect in a week. After chasing back and fore and constantly being lied to by the dealership manager, a month later we were told our mini was ready for collection. When we visited the Cardiff branch to collect we were told there had been a recall and they could not tell us when the Car would be ready??? I then spoke to Joseph at Thames Ditton Mini, what a difference, Joseph found the exact car we wanted, brought the delivery forward a month, constantly kept in contact with updates and restored our faith in purchasing a Mini. From the beginning to the end Joseph was brilliant and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a very good experience at Berry Thames Ditton BMW. I was able to test drive the car I wanted to purchase and Sheldon King was very helpful explaining everything in detail and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable.
