I’ve ordered lots of clothes before Xmas. Nothing looked like the photos. Very cheap quality and sizes that don’t correspond. I’ve emailed customer services several times- they wanted me to take pictures of each item to show what was wrong. I had more than 10 items- who has the time to do this? I’ve also didn’t want to open them and then they would have refused the items because they were opened. So, I’m left with a big full of rags that no one would want to wear and a hole in my budget. I don’t think this company heard of customer rights. If I’m not happy with the quality of your products, surely they should accept this as a reason for return?
Never again!

It's a scam!! Don't buy those trash clothes!!

Buyer beware!!!!!! Sizes are not even close to being accurate. I ordered an XL coat and a child size coat arrived. Returning it is extremely expensive. Do not buy from this site!

I ordered 3 items on 13/05/2021. 1 of the item didn’t arrive till today . And the online order tracking still reflect “processing” OMG this is too long wait!! Probably will not receive.
The 2 items received are not acceptable quality and poor finishing workmanship . Disappointed purchase. Don’t recommend from this company

Rubbish. I got something completely different to what i ordered and it was as if the sizes were made for a toddler and not an adult. I don't know how people are giving this 5 stars but i'm telling you from my own experience that it's not worth it to buy from here. In fact, if you buy from here you are doomed

Worst ever. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Rob you of all your money. Its not worth it. Really cheap quality not even worth 5 quid. Don't buy from here unless you wanna lose money. They're just scammers, i ordered before i read reviews and i regret it. Lost £60. Tried cancelling my order and they said i would only get £10 refund. I didnt even get confirmation email or tracking details. Ordered medium but the clothes size for 8 year olds.

What was advertised is totally different from what I received. Most of the Items I bought did not fit and were of appalling quality. I was sent wrong items I didn't ordered. I bought 14 dresses and none of it looks like what I saw on the site when I complained, I was asked which site did I bought from and I sent my order receipt and just say they are sorry and gave me the returns address and not even write whether they will return my money. Under no circumstances will I ever purchase from this company. They just portrayed what the are not.

Ho fatto un ordine 29 giugno 2021..., ho ricevuto la merce oggi 16 luglio 2021. Quasi in tempo reale.
Pero, dagli immagini si vede tutto ok !!! Ma, nel mio pacco, ho ricevuto qualcos'altro !!! Per esempio: (Un cappotto per autunno, deve essere foderato ... in modo che le cuciture non siano visibile !!! ). Gli capi, non mi sodisfano per niente. Non e quello che volevo essere. Quindi, non consiglio a nessuno il site-ul e neanche i prodotti.

Shockingly bad company and customer service. Items I bought did not fit and were of appalling quality. I paid €43 and I have been offered €8 refund and I can keep the items. I told them I don't want the items they are wrongly sized, so I asked for a return address and they are giving me the run around . Under no circumstances purchase from this company. They are scammers.

Quick delivery, fabulous items. The deals I get everytime I visit the website is out of the ordinary. The jeans would be my personal fave of a collection. Berrylook always have something up their sleeves, matched with cost-efficient services.

Absolutely rubbish quality dresses. Wrong sizes. Wrong length. What a disappointment. Delivery took over 4 weeks. Will not he ordering from this company again.

Dear Lord. What a complete, bloody scam. Sweater I ordered was...was....well, WHAT was it!? I think it must have been made out of twine. I’ve kept it as it’s good for a laugh, as are the clunky, illiterate “reviews”. ( I’m so super excited for my cute jumper and all friend want and love, love it).
Caveat Emptor. ME

Next time I will just donate the money to them so maybe they could purchase better quality materials.
This has to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made, Cheap quality wash wear throw-out.
Waited forever, the sizes are off spent over $100.00 on complete garbage not even worth donating to goodwill.
save your money it's as if a child sewed the clothes together, probably was.

Berrylook is a big scam order 5 dresses to get free shipping, my order came 4 of the dresses were completely different cheap crappy fabric. Try to get return were told it will cost more and was offer $26 which I accepted rather than not getting anything

Чистой воды мошенники. Заказала несколько блузок на этом сайте, пришло что-то невообразимо ужасное, совершенно не соответствующее фото на сайте. Качество ткани такое, что даже в руки брать не приятно, качество пошива такое же. Даже мерить не стала, все на помойку. Цены вполне себе не слабые. Обратный адрес-А/Я, условия возврата настолько запутаны и непонятны, что смысла нет этим заниматься. Жаль, что не увидела подобные отзывы раньше. Не видитесь- это аферисты.

The item I received bore only a glancing resemblance to what I ordered. I was expecting a knitted dress of an attractive black and white block design. I received a predominantly grey jumper that doesn't even reach my waist in a completely different pattern.

Asprevious although acknowledged my request still hasnt happened a forwarding address or label still hasnt been advised thank you

Purchased the biker boots , tried to contact Berrylook several times as was very dissatisfied with these boots, they look nothing like the picture chesp shiny plasticy looking that certainly dont look like the advertised picture, feel seriously ripped off and won't be buying anything else or recommending them, as have not been able to get any response from them. Unless you like cheap looking dont buy them, really disgusted

Por qué no busqué esto antes de comprar en Berrylook? Compré en Abril 2021 y aún nada que ver, solo excusas y más excusas. Decepción total!

Un año esperando mi paquete llegó una prenda nada más, les he mandado muchísimos correos y no recibí respuesta no se que hacer no son tres pesos lo que gastamos y aunque así fuera son unos rateros no compren por favor ahí
