I ordered a lovely coat on it came two days ago but I am not very happy with it because came in a different color it looks like a scally coat as I am not going to buy anything on that website again

DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER, EVER, EVER, BAD, BAD, BAD, NO RESPONSE ABOUT ORDER, KEPT MY MONEY, NOT JUST ONCE BUT TWICE, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I have received a jacket today, bought from Berry Look, and must sadly say that I am very disappointed with it. The colours do not correspond to those shown on the jacket in the webshop and they are pale, not bright. The pattern is also different and the quality of the fabric is poor. What a waste of money!

Just got my order and just crap. It's a wonder why I see so many 5 star reviews yet 82% is bad. Looks like someone worked hard to try to mislead people. Disgusting people should be embarrassed to even be considered people. China def lives up to their reputation. UGH!

Clothes were awful quality, practically unwearable - nothing like in the photos on the website. Sending them back looked like a huge hassle. Difficult to communicate with them. Used the shirts I ordered as rags, not even good enough for a charity shop.

Not worth MY money. Beautiful clothes when you look at their website but a whole different story when you receive the product. Very cheap looking and very poor quality. I ordered 5 dresses. Material is very thin and the fit is very small. Will stick to in store shopping or continue to shop with well known places I'm familiar with ordering from. This was my 1st time with this company. It's always helpful to read the reviews 1st. Have requested a full refund.

This company is awful. Still waiting on an order and absolutely no correspondence available whatsoever. Don't get conned with this company. Seriously considering getting in touch with trading standards. This company needs closing down

I was hesitant submitting an online order with BerryLook.com, but I did anyways. Now I wish I didn't because trying to find a way to reach out to them is kind of impossible. I sent an email for the status of my order and they provided it to me, however when I received the order, the quality of the clothes were very cheap and I never received the shoes that I ordered. I paid over $100 for 4 items..

I sent another email yesterday, 11/18, to them asking for a refund and still have not heard back. I am going to try to file a dispute with my bank.

I ordered 5 dresses from Berrylook on the 24th of Oct and I received 3 second hand used tatty dresses today and they did not match what I ordered from the website.
It was shocking. I have sent email to the email address on the website for a full refund of my money ASAP.

Could someone please help me and send me their legitimate email address.

In October 14, I paid 160 dollars and until November 13, I did not receive either the goods or the refund

I’m not gonna bother to email them anymore!
if not I will fight it with my credit card. This company should not exist with the poor quality of materials and fake website photos, very very late delivery and no response to emails!!

Anyone giving anything above 1 star must be employed by berrylook. I only gave 1 because I couldnt give a negative marking. Terrible garments,very tacky,poor quality and not a good fit. Return not accepted and after a cost of £25 postage were kept with the chinese customs and then returned to me after 6 months as the return address given by Berrylook was incorrect. Very very dodgy company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two coats from this company. The first arrived (after 6 weeks) and it fit fine. The second arrived a couple of weeks later and even though it says it's the same size it looks 2 to 3 sizes smaller. I tried to return it and they told me it would be cost prohibitive to return it so they would like to refund 1/2 my money and I keep the coat. I told them I wanted a full refund. Had I known it was coming out of the country, I would not have bought it.

Berrylook delivered products differently than advertised and will not give refund or ways to return unwanted products. Their business practices are shameful so it’s best to avoid purchasing from them.

No answers from my emails site just shut down going to take it further0

This is second time reviewing for this scammer please dont purchase any and stay away from this ..never responding and nothing I received confirmation of my order or order number I'm still on dispute with this seller on PayPal..I paid £20.04 for a dress from their site yes nothing like their advertisement such a shameful and never faced this kind bad case before i usually try to return my order if sizing wrong or colours ..but this all the dresses (2) are fake not the same style at all just piece of fabric (fabric also not the same as seen their website) paypal dont seem to concern about my case too because only choice of what problem I had to choose "slightly different designs I expected " it's not!! Totally different and through paypal this seller refunded only £2.00 ..very weird experience I esclated £20.04but appearing on paypal resolution centre only £2.00 ! Thought paying bu paypal will b safe ..nooo nothing I can b covered and customer service not picking any call from me ..my hard earned money gone to toilet ..dear me ..just dont lure into the perfect advertisement design that's the baite and these other reviews also the same group!!

On Sept. 16th. 2021, I ordered $137.03 worth of beautiful tops from Sunjoy Berrylook.. Nothing was mentioned on line that these clothes were coming from Hong Kong. Can you please track my clothes for me & email me as to when I can expect to receive them. Thank you kindly,

PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. THIS IS A SCAM. I FOUND THE 6 MONTHS VERY STRESSFUL.

THEY KEEP YOUR RETURNED ITEMS & WHEN PUSHED & PUSHED, THEY REFUND A FRACTION OF YOUR MONEY. THAT'S HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY.

Very bad. The material and clothes are very different from pictures.
