I Bought 7 dresses i received yesterday the quality is rubbish i want to return i did email customer service i didn't get any respond until now really poor customer servic as well
I want my money back .

C'est une compagnie dont l'adresse de retour indiquée sur le colis ne correspond pas à Berrylook. Après quelques recherches le nom de la compagnie est Haoyu T Logistics INC et son adresse 17068 Colima Road #277 Hacienda Heights California. Le nom du propriétaire Tian Haoyu.
Cette personne ne répond pas aux courriels pour remboursement. Complètement frauduleux.

Delivery much slower than shown so too late for holiday - all comes from China, which wasn’t obvious until after I’d placed the order. Some items cancelled by them 2 weeks after order accepted. Refund posted quite quickly for those, but communication confusing - received 2 emails same day, one saying order cancelled and one saying it’s on its way. Sizes received bear no comparison to ones shown - 5” smaller on bust than advertised size and supposed maxi dress above my knee despite me being only 5’4”. Size measurements different for every item on website so check before ordering if you feel you have to order (recommend you don’t). Site also says its own stated measurements can be up to 4cm out. Ridiculous. Material mostly very cheap looking and tacky, and totally different to how they look in the photos. Need to be prepared to accept whatever they send as you need to pay for returns, but no return info in parcel or on website so have to contact customer service, which is shady by design, probably because you have to return them to California which costs more than keeping the garbage items. Poor quality, poor service, items not as advertised, UK trading rights not respected. Use another retailer. Assume positive weirdly written reviews on here are all fakes.

Ordered two summer dresses and one pair of sandals. Dress material is completely see through so neither use nor ornament and sandals arrived in the wrong colour!!!
No help from emails or website as to how I can return items for refund so am stuck with them. Would never, never, ever use them again. What a rubbish company they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. The dresses I ordered were supposed to be full flare lost floor length. What I got was knee length,, straight. The sizing was way off and I couldn’t even get them on, not could my 12 year old niece.😱….I will never buy from them again

I ordered 5 ladies tops and only one fit. Order #FH20220324002211. The material for 3 tops were ok. But the other 2 were the consistency of a cotton tablecloth. The gradient print loose casual long sleeve blouse was horrible! Nothing at all like the picture in the advertisement. I’d like to return them and not for an exchange for a larger size.

Such a beautiful selection of woman's fashion - it's just a shame that delivery is very hit and miss! I am still waiting for a dress ordered on 4th April (1st May)- it is allegedly "in transit" and it seems Berrylook no longer take any responsibility once their system shows its been despatched. Considering postage costs (added at end of order) are around £9 - this is just not acceptable. Have had a few email exchanges with them and they just keep telling me to be patient. Have just requested a full refund - but won't hold my breath! This is a real pity as their clothes are beautiful - they really need to improve their delivery system. Am so disappointed!

Hi so I placed an order without reading eh review and that it will take a month to arrive.. is there anyway it can be delivered earlier please my order is E2183185. I will need my order by 6 may thanks. Sorry to say but it is ridiculous that there is no way to contact you guys maybe you should include a number that works so your review improves over here

BERRYLOOK CLOTHING.
I tried to find out when my order would arrive..cannot talk to any one tried calling customer service. Tried CANCELING my order..claims it's in Thier warehouse to be shipped. Can't cancel shipped orders..it has not shipped. I leave the for a trip soon..my order should be here ...whats going on.either refund my money or get my order here by Monday. Most deliveries of packages are left at my apartment door step to be stolen when someone sees it. I am calling my bank to get my money back

The dress looks nothing like the photograph. The material is dreadful quality.
Do not be deceived as I have been.
You will already know many good reviews on this site are not truthful.

Beware. I ordered 2 3XL tops. The tops were just over £35.62 and the postage was £9.45. I accepted as the tops looked beautiful. Instead of 7/9 days my order arrived 17 days later. The tops were horrible. What looked like embroidery in the picture was a cheap and nasty print. At 3XL one top was so tight I couldn’t get it over my bust and the other so large it was like a shroud. I would also have had to be careful about getting close to a heater as the fabric was terrible. I contacted Berrylook about returns and was given a China address for returns. I have to pay for the return too so the charge to view these revolting tops will be nearly £18. I strongly suggest you don’t use this company.

I ordered 4 blouses. Shocked at how deceptive the online pictures are vs actual object. One blouse was just two pieces of fabric sewn together, front and back, while the online photo shows proper sleeves sewn in with shoulder hems, lovely draped fabric with vibrant colors. Actual blouse is a dull faded print, so cheap and shoddy, far below Walmart quality but twice the retail price. Shame on you Berrylook! Gross misrepresentation that basically amounts to theft. Why not run an honest company instead of scamming people? You place a curse on your ancestors and sow sorrow to your descendants.

Waited for delayed delivery. Disappointed when it arrived. Colour/pattern as shown on site, but material not good quality. Did not look same shape as in photo, or same length! Size came up small. Disappointed all round.

Very long delay, items missing and items damaged - no refund or resolution for customer service

Berry look.com shipment is very slow. Price is cheap. Quality is so so. Need improvement on communication.

'Absolutely poor customer service' after ordering a few items and checking out having got my order over the free delivery mark, I noticed the amount I checked out on was different to the amount that left my bank account, when I got my receipt there was an item I just didn't order so I got in touch sending several emails within 5/10 mins of my order to cancel and no one responded until the 24 hours had run out, I then received an email from them which did NOT acknowledge my cancellation of the item, so I'm assuming I'm stuck with it even though I know for sure I never added the item to my basket, it was an error absolutely dreading getting the items having read the reviews on here, I think anything above 3/4/5 stars are probably fake reviews so be careful

Scam!!!! Clothes NOTHING like pictures that at are FAKE! Clothes aren’t worth 25 cents at a garage sale! No way to get return address out of them! I’m in a dispute with them through PayPal now…. My only hope of getting a refund. I wish there was a way to report them and shut them down!

6 tops ordered very late delivery probably due to missing the vital line of address ie house no and street. One top not delivered so 5 out of six. One top completely wrong colour red not grey. Two tops not as size in description/ordered. Quality of material average as best. Will never waste my money again, no further orders from me.

I order several coats for my daughters from this company and on their page it says that the coats that I ordered were wool so I went ahead and ordered them but when I received them I sure didn’t get what I thought I would getting all of them are a polyester material and they don’t seem to know how to make sure they send the correct size 2 we’re a size 2 I ordered a size 12 one of the so called coats had a Hugh hole in the seem I have asked them for a return label and they seem to want to give me a refund that I can use in their store why would I do that I have contacted my credit card co to dispute this transaction as the items I received are not the items I ordered this is clear bait and switch and false advertising please stay clear
