I bought a dress. It doesn’t fit at all. The material and the size doesn’t match the description and try to send a request to exchange several times but the captcha is coming up invalid and everything looks like is invalid including their email as well and I am unable to reach out to their customer service.

If you want these items quickly do not order from Berrylook. The company is based in China and took upto a month to arrive. Some of the clothes I ordered were ok but others were of poor quality and not as described or pictured.

Does anyone know the return address for all these absolutely badly made products. I have been given this but each time i get an email back there is no audit trail.:

Awful company, sent me during COVID to Israel and when I asked them to ship it to Spain because I was already back home, the charge me re shopping costs. And then told me I need to pay 43$ More! Unbelievable!!!!! Awful experience! No customer service only money taking. I will never buy from them and consider suing them!

I ordered a coat, light blue color, what they delivered is black color and where the buttons are not the same with the picture. I want to return it and send me the right color i ordered.

I bought two coats from Berrylook they didnt fit I sent them back first week in January and still have not received a refund.
Tried contacting them but had no response. Think before you buy from this company 🤒 should have read the reviews first.

Cancelled my order on Feb 24, 2021 after hearing many reviews that this place is not worth it. It is overseas n might be a SCAM after placing my order on Feb 23, 2021. Ask for a refund n trying to contact them n even messaging them, BUT can not get through. Oh well, live n learn. STAY AWAY!!

This place..!OMG I'm loving this place.This place have dresses for every event!!And all the dresses has resonable price and there products are amazing and there quality is superb.I highly recommend this place to all of you.You guys must have a look to this store.I'm very sure that you guys gonna be so satisfy.

I have eventually received the two further items to complete my January order. The fist item is 51 bust but the correct item. The two items that arrived today bear no resemblance to the coats ordered. Both are too small both double breasted with very narrow sleeves one in green one in brown. My order was for a purple slip on coat with no fastenings at all. The other which was supposed to be blue and no fastenings this also came with a belt. I have never been sold such extremely poor quality badly made before and shall certainly never use this site again

I had purchased a long navy coat in early Jan 2021, after a month of waiting for the item I had received the incorrect item. I had gotten a medium white coat. I have contacted Berrylook twice and they have asked twice to send evidence of the incorrect items which I did successfully and haven't been spoken to since.

Awful company. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with them whatsoever.
Quality of clothes, very poor and not as advertised, sizes are ridiculously small and as if this is not enough, there is no return address. The package has stickers not written in English- ridiculous.
Be warned , save your hard earned money, do not buy anything from them even if it costs a penny!!!!!

I ordered clothes lasy year, just as pandemic started, order took 8 weeks to arrive, which I understood could be the case, and with pandemic I was not in to much of a hurry as the order was a gift for my two daughters .. OMG! What a joke! Never have seen such RUBBISH Clothes in all my life! I got an uneasy feeling when didn't see a " Returns slip" in with the clothes.. that is almost a year ago and to this day am still trying to get my money back.. it's just awful that these low life can operate what looks like a "genuine" clothes site, and fooling people with pictures of clothes that look nice, and reasonably priced...!! ITS ALL A SCAM! Clothes are absolute GARBAGE, as is the Company! Please do not but anything from this disgusting site..you'll only end up with pile of rubbish, and they have your Money!! The Virus that is circulating in the world is clean compared to these SCAMMERS!!

Placed order and money taken out of bank 2/2/21 had no confirmation email nor received any goods, tried contacting them via their site couldn’t get past validation code tried sending email that they said to use on their site but whey hey states invalid email address what a farce.

Pity I had to give 1 star.....This so called company should be closed down. They are a corrupt and scamming, stealing from customs by NOT giving full refunds and sending rubbish items. They sent me the incorrect size shoes and they still owe me,£25, that was in October 2020, I'm still waiting....
DONT EVER BUY FROM BERRYLOOK

I was impressed with Berrylook after reading reviews before I purchased several articles of clothing from Berrylook's site. Sometime later, I received the articles. I was shocked by the poor quality of both, material and workmanship. Each article was an imitation of the pictures, but nothing more. For instance, pleats would be sewn on the outside - where the picture indicated, but no concern for hiding the stitching. Buttons were a tangled mess. Material, thin and cheap. I disputed the purchase through PayPal. A day later, I received an email from Berrylook to close the dispute so they could refund my account. I was then told by PayPal if I closed the dispute I could not reopen another case. I informed Berrylook I would not close the dispute. After that, Berrybook offered a partial refund - which I declined due to information I was receiving from Berrylook, contradicting issues regarding the purchase. PayPal awarded my account a full refund. Beware of this site. From my experience, you will be disappointed in the purchase, and from what I've read regarding other complaints, can only hope the outcome ends in your favor. This was the worst ever experience! DON'T BUY ANYTHING. I am worrying you do not buy anything from them!
I ordered dress for my daughter birthday for £20. It came with 2small wholes right on the front. Really clearly manufactur defects. Contacting they customer service was a nightmare. I sent then photos of this dress. They requested that I post it back to address in China! It cost me additional £ 11! AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN IT IS SCAM AND SCANDAL!

Bought various dresses, the ones that arrived were terrible quality and sizing was erratic. Tried to return them but got fobbed off for 3 weeks before they would even give an address. Paid for return postage to China only to have them refuse to accept the package and for it return to me months later. They continue to refuse to process any refund.

This is probably the worst clothing that I have ever received from a company online. Very cheap quality, sizing so off I could have fit my whole family in the blouses. Of the 3 items that I received not one is worth wearing. I contacted the company as soon as I received the package is was given the run around from the get go. Finally I have an address to send the items back but I can't guarantee that I will get a refund because they "talked" through email about a credit to the site!!! Are you kidding me I wouldn't ever buy from there again and would recommend that no one buy from this cheap clothing company.

I spent over a hundred $ from them April 7 2019. I emailed several times and tried many times to call. All I can say is I donated to them bc I never received one thing. The message I received from them for over a year was they had a delay due to all the orders.
