Delivery was a joke
Our in store experience in the Salisbury UK branch was brilliant,
We purchased a Super King bed frame and mattress as our Christmas present to ourselves.
Following this, myself and my partner feel that we were deeply let down.
Firstly we didn’t receive the initial finance application email as advised in store, two weeks later we had to chase them. The finance team then had taken our details down incorrectly and informed us that our finance was rejected. We asked them to try again as both myself and partner have good credit but the rep advised us not to do so as it could impact upon our future credit history. After 5 minutes of convincing them to try again it was successful.
Our delivery date was then confirmed to be the same as we were told whilst in store which was before Christmas and we were happy with this even though there had been a bump in the road.
Delivery day comes around, I had taken the day off of work to ensure I was at home… late afternoon comes around and we were then told that only our bed frame would be arriving. No explanation. So, We called the centre and the rep was unable to advise where our mattress was or what had gone wrong.
A day later we get an email to say the mattress will be arriving on the 4th of January. The day we both return to work.
Great!
Honestly wish I’d listened to my partner when I convinced him to leave the Dreams store.
