Bensons For Beds - Weston Super Mare376 Arvostelua

Customer care has been excellent, but showroom approach needs tightening up. Delivery teams very good.

The salesman was very pleasant, guided us through what we wanted at the best price , Would recommend Bensons , I researched on line at all different options and prices, but found myself back to Bensons, Noe looking forward to our delivery

Very relaxed instore no pressure and extremely helpful with advice. The mattress was delivered on time with care and I have had much a improved sleep, not waking frequently as before and feeling refreshed and less pain in the mornings.

The team arrived on time. Were polite and did a good job taking all the rubbish however I know accidents happen but a valuable oil painting was knocked off my hall wall which fell onto my doorbell mechanism which completely broke into pieces and is costing me £16.99 to replace. But the bed is lovely. It would have been nice to receive something towards the cost of the new door bell

Wish delivery drivers would carry wet wipes to clean hands before construction of headboards ect . Lovely guys but left marks on base of bed and mattress , wiped of with shampoo but didn’t need to be there in the first place .

Ricky greeted us in the showroom with lots of simple information and choices, but no hard sell. Regular e-mails notified us of progress with our order, including quality checking. The bed was very well packaged and protected, and carefully delivered exactly when originally expected by a couple of cheerful delivery men. The quality seems to be very good, with no problems or faults at all. We would definitely use Bensons again for our next purchase.

The sales person, Irfan, was very knowledgeable and helpful

Service good

Great customer service from in store purchase to installation. The installation team where fab and friendly, hardworking and and very polite.

The girl I spoke with at WsM store was welcoming, helpful and polite.

The delivery arrangements worked as planned and men were efficient, on time and took away my old mattress, which was vital

Great service and friendly staff

Quality of the product is fine. The rating is due to their pushy sales personnel and poor customer service.
We had a rather pushy sales person who did not provide us with all the necessary details including lack of refund option and cost of exchange on their "sleep guarantee". When we faced a problem due to height tolerances between trying in store and at home the customer service personnel did not care and had no sympathy to even listening to our problem. The whole experience made us think they are just after getting as much money out of you as possible, with little ability to provide a good customer experience. Their default seems to be "the customer is always wrong".

Shop staff fantastic. Delivery guys fantastic

Very helpfull assistant very pleased with the service

A very positive experience from the salesman in Weston-super-Mare through to the delivery. Excellent communication throughout .. kept up to date at every stage. The men delivering were respectful and polite.
We are now enjoying a sound sleep every night. Thank you Bensons

First class service from everyone, particularly Irfan who answered all our questions and helped us choose the right bed for us.

The man who helped us Irfan was really helpful and knowledgable, gave us all the information we needed. Remembered our names when we came back in a second time to store.

Great informative information, friendly staff
Excellent service 👍

I went to the showroom and the sales man there was very helpful and did thier best to help me decide what mattress was best for me as I only wanted a natural one. Purchasing was simple and I only waited 3 weeks for my mattress to be delivered, had wonderful sleep since.

Great as we could take dogs into the shop with no issues. No pressure on us as we looked around and great advice on availability of bed frames etc. Great customer service.
