Cant stop bragging
Cant stop bragging aboug how amazing my seally bronte mattress is. Was more then I wanted to spend BUT the knowledge of the staff member showing us the beds. Helped us to make an educated decision as apposed to a guess. The edge that doesn't give way. You dont realise how important it is. I see it when I sit on a sofa and look for the same quality. Gives you stability at night and first thing in the morning. Hotel beds now seem rubbish to me

Great in store...poor after service
Great in store, used 'sleep machine' for mattress & pillow recommendations. Delivery was on time and done well.
However, pillows are unsuitable for us, but they won't do anything as 'we recommend but up to the customer to buy' and because we have opened packaging and used-how do you know how good they are til you use them? £130 for the pillows wasted.
