Bensons For Beds - Truro382 Arvostelua

Very helpful no pushy sales apart from spending dosh very pleasant hassle free process

Excellent customer service in the Truro branch from staff member Kevin. He was very quick to offer us assistance. He offered for us to use the machine to find out the right option for a mattress for us and to find a compromise for me and my partner. He was also really lovely with our 10 month old son. Our son had a great time trying out all the beds! Unfortunately we didn't buy in store as we had been in there a while and needed to feed the baby and needed some time to mull it over. But we have since purchased a mattress and bed on the website based on his excellent recommendations and are so excited for it to arrive! Thanks Kevin. Legend! 🤘

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish

Kevin was very helpful. Gave us the help we needed without putting us under pressure allowed us all the time we needed to test the various mattresses without any pressure to buy.
Would highly recommend him to anyone.

The manager Kevin in the Truro store couldn’t have been more helpful. I made many phone calls and then ended up going in store, and he was professional, friendly and personable throughout.

Great deal! The bed looks great, and the mattress is so comfortable.
The salespeople in the Truro showroom were helpful and professional, and the delivery team was perfect.

Excellent service and advice from store and efficient careful delivery

Delivery was ok friendly but literally dumped the boxes in no help I wanted stuff taking away but they were running late said they don’t do that.

The in store service was amazing, the member of staff we dealt with was most knowledgable and friendly.
The delivery was very professional, helpful and friendly.

The young lady in the store was extremely knowledgeable and patient

We went in to truro store and was helped buy a lovely guy called Jamie (couldn't recommend enough)
He was so knowledgeable about the products answering every question we had about them and spent plenty of time with us as we were looking 5 star service by jamie

From start to finish, communication was excellent, the delivery men were great they took the mattress to the room and mentioned how to look after the mattress too .
Service was top notch, i was very happy
Thank you!

In the store, I was treated very well, given all the information I needed and decided on a delivery date.
The delivery came on time and the bed assembled by Gray and Glen in no time at all. I was very happy with the service I received throughout.

Really pleased with our mattress from Bensons for Beds. It’s extremely comfortable and feels very well made and good quality. The staff were polite, helpful and courteous throughout, and the communication regarding delivery was excellent. Everything was well organised, and the delivery process was spot on. Would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds.

Used Bensons previously and always been delighted with their service.

Great service ..very pleased with our purchase..good value and fantastic staff.

Brilliant customer service and the bed technology system was amazing.

Great customer service and genuinely helpful advice. Provided many options to suit our budget and ensured we had our ‘own’ time to review and try the mattresses. A convenient delivery service and attentive delivery drivers - getting in contact before delivery and arrived between the time slot given.

Having paid for our new mattress, we were told by two separate staff members at the store that delivery would be on the Monday 21.9.26. They explained that we would get a text message two days prior to arrange a convenient time for the delivery.
We have not had a text asking for delivery times. I have had an email confirming delivery for today the 21st. Having spoken to the store over the weekend to inquire what was happening? I was quite bluntly told by the shop assistant that we would not have a delivery on the 21st! At no point did she apologise for this inconvenience on behalf of Bensons, obviously not her fault that the customer service has totally broken down! My wife, who has back issues and was really looking forward to the expected delivery date, as was I, is obviously extremely disappointed, as am I! We were told, over the weekend, that delivery would be the 3.10.26? In reply to my previous email we are now informed that the delivery will be the 13th Oct.
Will someone please own this issue and sort out our delivery, ideally for later today, as originally agreed; before I consider cancelling our order and going to Dreams round the corner.

The two guys who delivered and installed my new bed were very polite and professional. They were very mindful of my furniture and possessions and left nothing behind that shouldn't have been there. Thank you.
