Customer service and knowledge was amazing and really helpful
I looked around at a lot of bed places, I found the service and knowledge of Asha (sales person) here amazing, Asha was not pushing for the sale and was very helpful with the correct bed and mattress and really helpful with the entire process.
It was actually a pleasurable experience purchasing the bed.

Great salesman
We were warmly welcomed by our salesman, Gary (Thurrock Branch) and given plenty of time to make our decision. He exhibited considerable knowledge of the products and we were very happy with our visit.

Bensons are the best!
The advice we received from Andrea at the Lakeside branch was so helpful as there was so much to consider when choosing an item which would be with us and used for the years ahead. She was knowledgable, friendly, very patient and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Everything was explained with care. Thank you for a great experience Andrea.

Amazing service
Our sales lady Asha from the Thurrock - lakeside branch was so helpful and patient, she had great knowledge on all the beds/mattresses, and answered all our questions with no hesitations, she was kind and understanding towards our needs. Very nice lady indeed.

Christopher - Thurrock
My first experience buying a bed in a shop so I had no clue what I was doing - Christopher was quick to guide me and my partner through the process and we found a new bed and mattress within 10 minutes. He explained all different kinds of mattresses and pillows, and allowed us to try them out. Process was very easy but definitely would have been a lot longer and frustrating without Christopher’s help! He also put up with me being very indecisive! Thank you so much!

Robin at the Lakeside
Robin at the Lakeside, Thurrock branch was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was the happiest assistant there and talked me through my options whilst keeping budget in range. We had a good laugh and made a fair deal. I hope you get Robin if you attend.

Shopping experience
I was looking to buy a mattress and Bensons beds was my first choice. I have purchased from Bensons previously and was extremely happy with the service I received. I was not hassled on entry Gary my salesman wauted for me to approach him. He was extremely knowledgeable on the products he was selling.
I was not rushed or coerced in any way. He was really friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble
