Bensons For Beds - Telford737 Arvostelua

Wanted to buy 2 new mattresses. Very well laid-out display of beds and mattresses in the store and we were able to try and compare the different ones. The assistant, Kerry, helped us with our questions; but no sales pressure. We were able to make a confident decision and the order was drawn up very efficiently and all details were printed off there and then. Great service.

Good value . Great service from store and delivery . Happy with product

Store manager @ Telford helped us choose our new mattress without any pressure. I actually brought a sofa bed while was there too! Very knowledgeable and very happy we visited the shop! Delivery guys Gary & Kieran were great. Took the mattress and bed settee to the rooms I needed them in. Put the mattress on the bed and removed the plastic. I thought they were going to make my bed at one stage 🤣 fab, polite, informative guys. Keep up the good work chaps. Over all great experience-thank you all for your help.

The salesperson took time to show us the range available and encouraged us to try a range of beds.
they then arranged the purchase and the delivery. Now we have tried it , I am having the best night's sleep I have had for some time. Thank you Bensons for Beds.

Very helpful staff, David and Kerry, who knew their stuff. I was very impressed with the quality and price of the goods I bought.

Very helpful easy straight forward purchase wasn’t hounded whilst choosing which is a bonus informative of different options very happy

Excellent customer service from Colin. Clean tidy easy to shop store. Very helpful and welcoming staff.

Dealt with the manager David at the Telford store. Very efficient and helpful. Listened to what we wanted and provided what we were looking for without any hard sell. We placed an order for an adjustable bed, very competitive price and a really good deal. This is the third bed we have bought from Benson's.

The manager was extremely informative and helpful in assisting us to make or choice of mattress.

Telford Benson for Beds
All staff were very helpful and gave time to explain everything
And my small Double bed is just right side for two average size adults for our guest room
The delivery Drivers where very careful with our purchase thank you Paul and Ian very nice Guys

Absolutely awful customer service and completely meaningless 5 year warranty.
Spent £2500 on double bed and mattress 2 years ago. Last month part of the divan base collapsed in on itself and therefore the mattress, no matter how many times we rotate, is now misshaped too as it has no structure or support underneath it.
After having spent £2500 with a 5 year guarantee was expecting some sort of help/support from customer services, instead I was repeatedly told it was my problem, my fault and they wouldn't do anything about it. Was told he could tell from photo i mustve dropped something on it to thej be told it could be gradual damage??
When purchasing the bed we were pressured in to buying all sorts of additional extras and repeatedly promised any fault would be rectified for up to 5 years, which is what actually convinced us to purchase from here. What an absolutely discusting lie.
There must be serious quality issues for products to just collapse within 2 years.
Cheaper higher quality products are available elsewhere, I wouldn't but so much as a pillow from this awful company again.

Helpful to customers expectation

David in the Telford Store was so helpful and knowledgeable about the company and its products he is an expert in his field and a credit to the company

Professional service. Good product knowledge and no hard sell.

Great service & saff very knowledgeable & good advice on the different mattress & help us lot at picking the right one can't wait for the new mattress now

The whole experience of choosing and purchasing a new mattress was made easy and pleasant by the knowledge and patience of the store manager David.
Having ascertained the type of mattress that would suit us best and shown us the various options we were then left to make our own decision in our own time.
Thank you.

We have not yet been contacted about the discrepancies identified and when replacement s will take place, which I gertis poor customer service.

Very helpful.

Came to bensons for beds last Sunday, mainly looking for a mattress. Every bed mattress are so easily labelled with clear pricing information. The sales lady Kerry was so nice explained in detail everything we wanted to know. Came home with all the information we wanted then ordered what we wanted every step was clear and Kerry went above and beyond making the whole process a breeze. Couldn't have been more happier with the service we received. No hard sell for the more expensive items I would definitely buy again from bensons.
