Thank you Bensons Beds 😄

Expertise and patience of both members of staff .

We told Marie what sort of bed we wanted and how it will be used quite infrequently. She showed us the options and didn't try to upsell us to a more expensive bed.
Having initially just gone to have a look at what was on offer we were impressed enough to place an order, especially as there was flexibility with the delivery date.
Happy to recommend both Marie and the Stockton store.

Great price and product and quick delivery

This is the second time we have used Bensons for Beds and we where very pleased with the bed and mattress
This time we had a very good luck around the showroom and we where given very good advice before buying a quality bed.

Marie from Bensons on Portrack Lane in Stockton was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our bed. So far, I'm very happy and sleeping well. I was surprised it took 28 days from order to delivery though.

The delivery itself was very efficient, and Mr's Andy Mac and Andy P called to confirm delivery the day before, and on the day of delivery called to give us an estimated time of arrival. They were very efficient and respectful of us and our home. Even recommending taking a couple of pictures off of the stairway wall to prevent damage which we had not thought about.

My recommendation for service improvement is that if you usually provide a couple of pillows with the mattresses you sell, it's poor form to stop the practice during your sales. After all, a poor pillow can affect how well you sleep on your new mattress.

Also, find a way to deliver earlier. A mattress is a major, expensive purchase. It shouldn't take nearly a month to deliver.

Great service happy staff very helpful and delivered on time. Highly recommended and bed is fabulous

Friendly & knowledgable staff.
Used a machine to dial in the type of support mattress needed ie. soft mediun firm etc.
Delivery quick and efficient, mattress delivered to bedroom and old one removed although this does cost extra.

Welcoming, knowledgeable, easy to talk to & not pushy.
A good relaxed atmosphere.

Amazing customer service throughout from the branch staff. Great delivery guys too, very efficient and friendly.

The delivery guys were great.
The shop staff was really nice

The bed was spot on and came quick

From Showroom With Marie,(Portrack Lane) To Delivery, All Top Class x Would Highly Recommend.👌

Very helpful staff tok the time to explain everything. Let us take our time. Explained the interior of the mattresses the wall depth srings filling. Couldn't fault anything. Even the delivery guys. Excellent all round wouldn't go anywhere else. Would reccomend.

My slumberland mattress arrived yesterday by two great friendly lads that took away my old slumberland mattress and carried the new one up and removed the packaging, and as I expected i had a great night's sleep due to a great quality mattress. Thumbs up!

Great experience from entering the showroom, customer service was professional, helpful and friendly to the delivery team who completed the job in the same manner

We visited the Stockton on Tees store where Marie helped us choose a new bed head. She listened carefully to us about what kind of thing we wanted, and took us to see examples that could appeal to us, as well as discussing the various fabric options available.
She has a friendly approachable manner and guided us through the order process.
After making our order we were kept up to date over the progress of the order and a firm delivery date was given. As expected, we had a phone call from the delivery team, both called Andy, and it was delivered on time by a friendly member of your team.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable both in the showroom and the delivery guys. The dismantling service which took away the old bed was well worth the money. the guys were careful taking the bed in and out to ensure there was no damage. I would definitely use Bensons again and recommend them wholeheartedly.
