The all round experience was very good. Staff at the store were very helpful as was the delivery/insulation man. The downside was the up to 12 week wait. Although. now we finally have them, they were... Näytä lisää

Good value in Easter sale

Friendly instore service, great knowledge about mattresses and beds. Wardrobe measurements were inaccurate from the website but not the stores fault, measure twice cut once applies when making an expensive purchase of any kind.

After calling into the St Helens store

After calling into the St Helens store, Nick the sales assistant helped me choose the right bed for me, he was knowledgeable on every bed, discussing which bed would be the best for me, I'm disabled so having someone who took time to talk me through what each beds good and bad points were, he sent me the link so I could choose when I ordered the bed, fantastic experience
