Bensons For Beds - Speke Arvostelua

Tracy in store was very professional and such a good help in answering our questions would definitely recommend

Customer service woman at the shop was really lovely, very knowledgeable and patient with me.

Excellent customer service, sales person was very helpful at polite and friendly.

There were no problems from start to finish and we're very happy with the mattress.

The only one tiny criticism regards the slightly excessive contact, both during the initial viewing and afterwards (but this may be down to my personal preference). I'd have liked to have been given a little more time on our own to discuss, and the endless emails and text messages to confirm the delivery was extraordinary. That said, too much is far better than too little!

The delivery was spot on too, done on time and efficiently.

Everything was fab from walking into the shop to sleeping on my new mattress.

From entering the store, I was greatly impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and professional approach of Kelly at Bensons. She was so helpful and understanding of my needs. Subsequently, the delivery was hassle free with the two gentlemen giving me ongoing notification of their expected time of arrival, moving the goods to my bedroom, assembling my bed, taking away the old one for recycling and tidying up and removing the packaging. I'm very happy with the purchase and wholeheartedly recommend Bensons to my family and friends.

Really pleased with the service I received from Kelly at the Liverpool Speke retail store when I visited the store to enquire about purchasing a new mattress. She was very polite, personable & knowledgeable on explaining what each matttess offered. Also she was very patient as I tried a number of beds to ascertain which one best suited my needs to help me try & alleviate my lower back issues. That’s what a I call a first class service.Thank you Kelly.Received delivery of my mattress on designated day.I am delighted with my purchase.

This is 3rd bed we have bought recently from the Mersey Retail branch. Excellent staff there ,so friendly and accomodating especially as they allowed us to bring our little dog into shop. He needed to check he could jump up onto it.

From showroom to delivery excellent top rate service …. We were given all the information we needed to make an informed decision on what bed would suit my elderly mother ……. Delivery guys very helpful and polite , from start to finish bensons for beds have provided a top rate service

Great communication regarding delivery time.
Prompt professional service.

Kelly the sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. Her knowledge and understanding of our requirements was excellent and she was able to provide us with the information that we needed. The service was exceptional and we were delighted with her help and support and we are very satisfied with our purchase.
Thank you Kelly

Went into their Speke shop wanting a bed that was on a short lead time, and was told by one of their salesman Phil we had the option to have delivery within 7-10 days. - This really appealed to me because I needed a bed ASAP. The day before delivery was due I received a email to say it’s been delayed by over three weeks. I was sold a lie that stock was ready to go within a week, if I’d know now I’d have to wait till the 13th February I wouldn’t have bothered with this purchase…

Lovely bed really comfortable the delivery process was amazing kept up to date from order to delivery. The delivery men were really professional helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend Bensons for bed and I will be using them again in the future.

Got everything we were looking for and all done with a pleasant service

A very relaxed experience. There was no pressure or hurrying to choose.
We had previously looked on Benson's website and so we had a rough idea of what we wanted but nothing beats being able to try out different mattresses.
The sales person answered all of our questions and provided additional information. He showed he had a wealth of experience.
I would certainly recommend Benson's for Beds to family and friends.

Tracey the sales lady was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable.
Couldn’t have been happier with the experience she gave us in the Speke store. We chose the right mattress for us from her professional guidance and we made the right decision. The mattress is brilliant.

The sales person - Kelly was great . Was at hand but not pushy at all . She let us choose by giving fair advice based on what we wanted and explained why certain items were more expensive . We went over budget but the blow was greatly softened by the December offer and using a blue light card with it . The shop was spotless and we loved how we were offered pillows and made to feel like wanted , valuable customers . Bensons was an obvious choice and we didn’t go anywhere else from previous beds bought . Look forward to receiving the product in the New Year ( Sealy bed ) which was the brand I hoped for .

Sales assistant knowledgeable and understood our needs for a decent mattress. Sales assistant very pleasant at all times throughout visit.

Took delivery of purchased mattress from benson for beds. Bed was dropped off back of vehicle then dragged along the pavement to my home. Driver and assistant showed no customer skills when carrying out delivery. As the mattress was being dragged into bedroom one of the delivery lads stared booting the new mattress to get around the bedroom door. No customer care was given in any shape or form.
When unpacking the new £2000 mattress is was found to have deep dirty rips to where the mattress had been dragged along pavement. Very upset and angry the way delivery was made.
I am now seeking at replacement mattress.
