I visited the Sheffield store at Archer Road Retail Park on 28/11/23 for 2 new mattresses one for myself and another for my son. The 2 members of staff provided exceptional service in terms of the different products, advice and ensuring I got the best deal. They could not do enough to ensure I received the best service which is increasingly rare today. I would highly recommend them.

We visited the Sheffield store yesterday as I’m suffering with back pain post-knee surgery and I need a firmer mattress with more support. I voiced this to the staff, and Shelly was absolutely amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable; but not in a pushy sales way. She showed us the range of mattresses upstairs and told us to take as long as we needed trying them out. I think we spent about 2 hours there! But it really helped us make the decision. Thanks Shelly!

Great service really helpful staff.

The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and unobtrusive, they let us look around and try all the beds in our own time and we bought a new mattress
