The staff was very helpful and I was being a bit fussy but they was excellent

Customer services in shop were excellent. Only down fall they do not publish the correct phone number on the Internet, so you can't get in touch unless you make a trip down to the shop. They need to UPDATE THE PHONE NUMBER

David greeted us on arrival, gave some brief guidance on what to look for after discussing our needs, and then left us alone to try and peruse at our leisure, no pressure selling here.

He then assisted with the final selection process for the mattress (from 2 we had shortlisted), in addition to help choosing a decent divan base that would work for our needs, and then he worked out a deal for the two that we were really happy with at the end.

We also got a delivery date commitment there and then.

An excellent experience after struggling with one of the well known online Mattress brands for the last month.
