Bensons For Beds - Rugby Technology Drive560 Arvostelua

Experienced staff.

Michelle was great in helping us to chose our mattress and really knew her stuff! She was very knowledgeable about everything mattress and bed related. We were consulted on everything at every stage. Great customer service 🤗

We were greeted with a friendly welcome from Michelle and Julie at the rugby store, we purchased our last bed from yourselves and was disappointed as the man ordered the wrong mattress so was abit worried that it all go wrong again but both ladies made our visit a pleasurable one they went out of there way to provide a great service absolute a credit to your company and I am so looking forward to receiving our new mattress ottoman and headboard and I’m confident it will all go great this time thanks again ladies your amazing

Very helpful lady who advised us in store and was patient when we returned with our 90 year old father.

well done Bensons

Bensons always have a good selection of headboards both design colours and fabrics. Staff very helpful andxtook the time with me and I found what I wanted. My purchase was £199 but almost fell over when they charged me £39 for delivery!! Anything over £100 throws a large delivery charge no negotiation! So if you spend £100 to £2000++ it's the same. Sadly I doubt I'd return for a similar purchase again. I had 5 heavy pieces of furniture delivered from Dun...m last week..£10 delivery. A garden store from H...base £3 delivery. Bensons you need to review your delivery policy! This is extortionate for a smaller purchase.

Went into the Rugby store, as we are staying with family and don’t have a store close to home, we were followed around by an older asian sales lady, me and my wife felt so uncomfortable she was watching us try out mattresses she was very creepy not a nice experience, my wife said to her we don’t need any help but she was very persistent and stayed with us and listened to our conversation, as a couple we would have liked to discuss the mattresses without a sales person listening and adding her stupid advice. This sales lady needs some training not to harass or watch people try out mattresses. The sales lady starred at me constantly I felt intimidated by this sales lady she is very unprofessional making rude gestures it was not a nice experience for me or my wife.

Friendly helpful staff giving options and patience towards my decisions

Great choice of beds. Knowledgeable and relaxed staff with no pressure to rush or buy.

The sales manager Christine Gill was amazing she helped , advised and was so patient and we went home very happy and pleased at the time she gave us excellent.

We arrived at the store and two sales assistants were available to answer our questions. The bed we saw on the website was in store so we could view it. Also try out various mattresses. We ordered the headboard, base, mattress and storage box there and then and received -10% & -10% discount.

My purchases were made very easy with the help of knowledgable staff

Michelle was very helpful indeed at rugby store

Katherine was an excellent advisor. Patient but knowledgeable. We were encouraged to take our time and be sure. She showed us varied but suitable options and was very patient as we changed our minds repeatedly. But the final purchase we are confident is right for us.

A quality product comes always with a high standard service.
Well done Bensons For Beds Rugby! 👏

We went Benson and Beds in Rugby, where the charismatic Christine sorted us out with a brilliant deal. Fast, slick service and Christine didn’t mess us around. A relaxed approach and helped us choose the right bed! thank you Christine!

Really nice and very helpful service in choosing a bed and mattress. Non pushy and informative. Information was clear and planned for deliveries etc. would use Bensons for beds again

Brought a bed got home put it up parts missing. Rang the shop an all we got was I can't do nothing to help you I close soon am take me an hour to get home ? Left me and my disabled partner on a sofa for 2 days disgusting !!! Returned the bed an had to wait for a refund then you have the cheek to send s9meone out to collect a headboard at 8 o'clock in the morning wich isn't here no form of contact.or.mothong regarding collection , wouldn't recommend to anyone

I was given alot of help, guidance and information by the person in store. There was no pressure or need to hurry and I was left to make my own decision. I was happy with the whole experience.

Really good service, Julie was very friendly and helpful did a great job. Thankyou
