Bensons For Beds - Rugby Technology Drive560 Arvostelua

The delivery guys were fabulous, kept us well informed of delivery time by message and a phone call. The taking away of the old mattress and delivery of new was done in a very timely manner. They were courteous and very cheerful, a credit to your business.

Great experience at the Rugby store on Sunday 17th May 2026.
Kai was vey knowledgable and helpful and didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured, to make a decision for such an important purchase.
Personable treatment and friendly and approachable staff.
Arranging the order was quick and easy and the manager (apologies I can’t remember her name) was efficient and professional.
Thank you both.

Helpful polite staff at the rugby store .
Not pushy just informative and friendly with perfect knowledge of the beds in the shop.
Customer service has been 10/10 .
Well done once again Benson’s for beds highly recommend you every time 👏.

Michelle listened to what we wanted, and showed us a range of beds that fitted those requirements. She was very patient and explained everything in great detail. We made our decision and Michelle took us through the ordering and delivery process step by step. Later in the day Michelle called us to say that unfortunately she had given us a piece of information that was incorrect, she apologised as she knew it was something that we had specifically asked for, but actually the mattress chosen didn't confirm to this one particular specification. She said she was so sorry but knew how important that was to us, and wanted to give us a chance to think about it. We actually said to carry on with the order as it was only a small detail and wouldn't impact on the comfort of the mattress. She thanked us for being understanding. It was one of your most expensive mattresses on offer but happy to continue, along with the purchase of a bed base and headboard. Well done Michelle.

Christine was very helpful and efficient.

polite staff.delivery on time, took old mattress away, couldn't ask for better.

The lady we dealt with was so helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. First rate service.

Bensons sold me a nice bed and made both buying it and getting it delivered dead easy.
The delivery was on-time and the lads who delivered it and assembled it were great.

The staff at Rugby was very helpful, wasn't pushy, we was after a Ottoman bed which we never had before, Michelle was very understanding and gave us some very important information to which we needed to consider before a purchase...the delivery was on the day we agreed and on time with the delivery lads of James and Dom who both did the assembly quickly and professionally.

From ordering our bed to delivery and installation everything was 'spot on' no complaints. I would highly recommend Bensons For Beds.

On time and no messing around.
The delivery lads were great and we had a good laugh while getting the job done in a professional manner.

Competitive pricing and attentive service. Tedious upselling and hyper rapid pricing delivery.

Excellent choice of mattresses and very friendly and helpful staff.

Michelle was very informative and explained everything. She showed us everything that was appropriate.
No complaints. Good service.

Sales staff listened to you and were not pushy.
Delivery staff were great.
Tracker very useful.
Only thing I did not like was being pushed to do this survey BEFORE mattress was delivered, how can you be objective until then.

It's always tricky for sales staff to strike the right balance between letting you try out the beds and giving advice, whichever furniture shop it is. What was disappointing here was the way the Black Friday prices were calculated to compare two packages (same divan, different headboards). The staff member wasn't clear about why the discount wasn't applied to the second option (it was because the initial price didn't reach £750), nor that transport was included in the price (but didn't count towards the £750). If she had said - "if you add a mattress protector it'll take it to over £750 and then the 25% discount will kick in" then there'd likely have been a sale.

By the way - it's a three-hour maximum stay at the Premier Park-operated Technology Retail Park (where we parked, opposite Bensons for Beds' entrance) which is different to Elliott's Field across the road. There's a £60 penalty charge if you go over the 3-hour limit. Bear that in mind if you're going to spend a while testing out beds and visiting other shops without moving the car.

Michelle was very helpful in finding our ideal mattress and then professional and efficient sorting out the purchase

Easy ordering in store, helpful staff.
Excellent delivery with tracking.
