Bensons For Beds - Romford247 Arvostelua

I have bought a number of things and they are all so very helpful and you don’t feel under pressure. I will be going back.

Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He left us alone to decide which mattress was best for us and did not rush us in anyway but was available when we needed any help or advice.

Very good experience, polite staff (Luke in Romford) excellent service from order to delivery. Mark and Alan delivered and was a great efficient service

easy, quick, staff knowledgeable and answered all questions and gave good advice

Ben (😬) of Bensons, in Romford, was most welcoming, professional and very knowledgable. He guided us to what we believe is the correct choice of bed and helped us decide on duvet and pillows. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services. He is an asset to the organisation.

No one does beds better than bensons quality fabric cost everything spot on

We were kept informed of our delivery time on a regular basis. Gary Niven who delivered our goods was very helpful.

Everyone at gallows corner so helpful and patient nothing to much trouble, delivery 100 per cent, brilliant

First class delivery. My mattress was taken upstairs with great care and attention

Comfort and firm

Within the Bensons store in Romford, the office staff member called Syed gave wonderful customers service. Syed was polite, friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in his profession. He answered all my questions, plus gave me insights of the Bed features which enabled me to make the right decisions tailored for my requirements. He also answered my questions regarding what to expect on the day of delivery. I felt like I was in great hands every step of the way. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend him and Bensons to other customers.

Really helpful and friendly staff in the Romford store

Beds and mattresses are well presented. Sales assistant helpful without being overbearing.

Great service the only problem was a 7am delivery.

Buying a bed is a challenge, so many options and styles to consider and trial. We popped in last week and met Ali, it was obvious he knew his product range and was very knowledgeable but not pushy. We went to a couple of other shops but returned to deal with Ali.
Today we agreed on what bed was best for us because Ali was able to give us a couple of options and put together a package that suited us.
We were impressed with Ali’s relaxed approach, backed up with knowledge and experience.

The shop was quiet and airy, allowing us time to browse quietly. Everything we needed was there. A bit pricey, but appeared to be good quality, we will see when it arrives, 1 month for delivery, but not an issue for us, as it will be replacement furniture.

They were very helpful in the shop helping us choose
The right bed

Great customer service from the staff member who served us. Faultless.
