The store is unfortunately closing down which we didn’t realise when visiting. Even then Linda was very helpful in showing us beds which matched our requirements. We left having bought a bed and mattress which was delivered the next day as it was ex-display and we’re very happy with our purchase.

My grandmother purchased a mattress, base and headboard from here and was provided with brilliant customer service from a lady called Luibov. She gave us space and time to browse before coming over, and was very helpful from that point on, answering all my grandmother’s questions and clearly going through the price breakdown on screen when we sat down.

We went to the branch to buy a wardrobe, but the agent over there wasn’t helpful at all. We tried to get their attention over six or seven times They left us for many times while we are talking and speaking to them we wasn’t Expecting this treatment from the agent over there and truly I’m thinking of not going back to the branch again. Even when we were talking about the product that we wanted to buy, they didn’t provide enough information and when we asked, they seemed to be confused and didn’t know anything about what they were doing.

My husband and I had a warm welcome going into Bensons for beds at Redhill, John was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend this store, their information regarding my purchase of a new mattress was so constructive. Thank you John.

Worse company ever. They trick you into buying insurance as well and if need to use it, they say that the job is not covered. I have spent a fortune on (what I thought at the time) very good mattress. Me and my husband have back problems, and now after 1 year we cant use it as its so bad. I sleep better on my Ikea £200 mattress rather then £1500 Bensons for bed’s mattress.
The pressure measuring system is rubbish.

The Bensons Assistant John Was excellent. He knew all about the beds and listened and understood what we wanted. He gave us time to try the beds and provided all the information we requested. We didn't feel pressurised and bought the bed we hope will be fantastic.

Customer service was great, the manager at the redhill store was very helpful and optimistic...

Previous customer but we reviewed all our options when looking for a new mattress. Again we found Benson beds were the best option. They were so helpful and provided all the information we needed. When we visited the store again they were so helpful our purchase was quick and easy a great experience everything was explained to us clearly and simply 10/10 😊

The salesman, John, was superb. He clearly explained how to use the bed. He was also extremely patient with my brother who is disabled. It was great to see John address him in the same way as anyone without a disability. The bed has proved to be a godsend to my mother who struggles to get in and out of bed and also helped greatly with her arthritis.

Ok to start we went into your store in Redhill to purchase 2 beds plus extras the service and knowledge of your staff member John was excellent it was a pleasant experience and the order went through smoothly. We explained we were buying a new build which won’t be ready until late July this was not to be a problem we were informed. We had to give my sons address in UK as we live in France so our billing address was not valid so this should not be a problem it was stated on the order that the UK address was not the delivery house . Since then we have been inundated with emails and phone calls asking us when it will be convenient to deliver to the listed address on the order which is only for billing. Our new build address is not active yet when it is we will inform. I feel Bensons should review orders like ours before contacting us . We are still worried about our order I did call your customer service department and I explained our situation after a long conversation I feel I got somewhere. I hope the order will go through without any more problems.

The guy that served us was very very knowledgeable and attentive.
He had excellent product knowledge and awareness.

My experience with Benson was great, I met a staff called John, he was very supportive,giving options, quotes, discounts and follow ups. I like his customer service it's simply excellent

Staff listened to what I was looking for and my price range, and explained my options. Then I was handed a print out with all items priced. Waiting for delivery, so can't comment on actual bed yet.

The manager was so helpful and I did not feel under any pressure witch is nice thing now days 👍.
