Bensons For Beds - Reading388 Arvostelua

Richie was very helpful and professional, showed options to our budget and needs, while giving us loads of information. He even assiste solving an unrelated issue with a previous sale, which we were very pleased with. A great experience and would highly recommend.

A welcome in-store was warm and friendly. The salesperson was helpful and informative. Our daughter subsequently visited and was helped in a similar manner. The opportunity to purchase over the phone was much appreciated as was the arrangement for home delivery. All round a quality service thank you!

Sami was very good

It’s soft but mentioned as medium. It’s early to describe it. Good customer service.

Very good got the right bed

I was served by store manger Muhammed .He has great knowlede and experience helped us to choose the right product.I will highly recommend to all.

The sales man was attentive but not in your face which was good
the issue was at the end when he added a mattress cover and insurance claiming it was free but it was in lieu of the 10% discount available
i took the discount

Very easy transaction

A great time with a very knowledgeable salesperson

Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Great team especially Samy, so friendly and professional. He gave good advices without trying to influence our decision which product to purchase.

Shown different types of mattresses with advice and product details without pressure to buy. A time scale for trying the mattress so if not suitable you can exchange it.

Very helpful and quick to determine what we wanted. There was a special bed which advised on mattress firmness for us. It was quite an intense experience as the salesperson talked throughout. We are looking forward to our new mattress arriving in a few weeks.

Great customer service by Rita and loved the discounts during Easter.

Lots of choice and who knew so many types of mattress! We had an idea of what we wanted and the sleep test machine to define best mattress type was interesting but no explanation of what it was assessing other than saying firm or medium mattress. Also had to be firm with sales team as to which one we wanted as always being pushed ones that were in my view extremely expensive! Probably better commission!

It’s taken week to sort and I’ve done all the chasing 😡

Customer service is great they advised now was the best time to put a deposit on our new bed even tho we didn't have a move date. They said that didn't matter we could pay the remainder and get a delivery date once we know.
And we would get the full discount that available at the time of our purchase.
