Bensons For Beds - Peterborough130 Arvostelua

Very unhurried help and given advice on choosing mattress.Did not order until next day, no problem
.

Friendly and helpful service from the moment we walked in the showroom.

Great staff, especially Sarah who made the process simple and quick

We were browsing the store and David explained the differences between each style and manufacture of the mattresses . He was very unobtrusive and knowledgeable regarding the products which led us to make a purchase that moment . We would certainly recommend anyone to go to this particular store

We have bought bed
Last weekend
We had good experience
With Benson bedsè

Jim offered us help as soon as we entered the store, gave us time to look around then began to make recommendations based on what we needed what we liked etc. He took the time to sit with us and go through finance options, deposits and helped us get the best deal. Thanks Jim, you were super helpful!

Took my mother to get a new bed,she knew what she would like but hard of hearing,Sarah was patient, explained everything clearly and made the effort to advise my mum what would best suit her requirements.

Helpful, pleasant, quick & efficient in shop service.

Looks after the customer and listens

Thank you to Dave for excellent service in Peterborough store on the 21/9/24

Great service, friendly and efficient
David was very helpful and guided us to the mattresses that we requested.
Delivery date confirmed and times given and call half an hour before arrival, Egbert and Justin were friendly and considerate when delivery to bedroom. Definite 10 for them.

Your sales representative was able to answer all my questions so that I think I've bought the bed that I want. The real test will be after the bed is delivered and I can test it.

Knew pretty much what I wanted from Benson's informative website. Visited store to confirm choice. Very pleasant & helpful staff member Sarah discussed options but also knew when to let me "do my own thing".
Purchased Sealy Fremont Backcare Extra Firm Kingsize & Double size mattresses.

Called in at the Peterborough , brotherhoods branch . Jim was very helpful , great selection of mattresses . Chose an ex display one and got a great deal . Would recommend .

The service in the shop was fine and the transaction easy, but I find it very very strange that the company keep hassling me to leave a review before I've even received the product??

I found David at the Peterborough Branch to be very helpful providing a high standard of Customer Care.

Helpful delivery staff. We weren't told in the shop that the sofa bed came as a flat pack.Delivery men sorted it for us.

Quality bed very helpful staff
