Bensons For Beds - Oxford680 Arvostelua

I don’t think I will ever think of a better place than Oxford Bensons For Beds branch. This is my second time experiencing and purchasing a bed from them. Christelle helped me to choose the right mattress for me and the right frame that I was looking for. It ticked all the boxes for what I want. She was very clear and wasn’t pushy. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely purchase again in the future. Thank you Christelle and Bensons For Beds for the amazing beds and friendly staff that you employ. Looking forward to the delivery on the 23rd April and having the best night sleep. Mr Beale.

The salesman in Oxford gave us the exact info that we needed, without being in our face or to pushy. We had a very good experience and we returned on the same afternoon to buy our bed.

We had an excellent experience everything was explained to us in detail why one mattress was better for us and we went back a few weeks later and ordered a divan bed set. Both sales staff went above and beyond being so helpful.

Great efficient service from polite knowledgeable staff

We were made welcome in the shop and our salesperson Julia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Kurtis helped us a lot, given us lots of information, thanks again

The Bensons shopping experience was great from start to finish. And i would certainly deal with them in the future.

The sales person was very polite, and knowledgable about the different products was helpful with our design making.

Christelle was very friendly, and a huge help in explaining the choices available, and choosing a fame, mattress etc. Would recommend.

Really helpful but not pushy in the store, great selection, welcoming environment, whole process (order, finance, delivery etc) was clearly explained. Simple and good experience, Awaiting delivery.

Fantastic sales man. Was so easy to chat to and very personal

Salesman was not pushy trying the hard sell genuinely wanted to help get the right product

a lovely lady in oxford bensons for beds called christelle provided us amazing service while searching for a mattress! We ended up buying one for the price of £549 including delivery!! - incredible price 😁

My experience in the store was really good. Pleased with the service. Goods are of good quality. People are very friendly. Highly recommended

The advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn't trying to push me into buying a mattress like some people would, good customer service

Really straightforward experience! Kurtis was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to make our purchase.

The choice available to try in store was outstanding with matching customer service, followed up with comprehensive descriptions online in the easy to navigate webstore allowed me to make an informed decision on which mattress to go for.

The assembly charges where reasonable, but I do feel the takeaway and recycling charges where a bit of a touch. I would like to feel these charges where cost neutral to support good environmental choices. Or maybe have a link to a video of your recycling process to validate the charge.

guy was knowlagble, freindly, helpful what more could i expect

The young lad was very helpful 👏 and polite.

Our Benson experience was made great by experienced and knowledgeable staff. They have a good range of different price levels to suit every pocket and were very helpful in all aspects of the purchase.
