Bensons For Beds - North Shields306 Arvostelua

Good in shop service and love my new mattress so why only 4 stars? I had to phone up the day before delivery to ask what my delivery time was as I had received no text as I was told I would. When I asked why I didn’t get a text the girl said “don’t know” and she might as well have added and don’t care “ from the tone of her voice. Also, the mattress was delivered around 7.25am which I think is a ludicrous time to expect someone to be up, dressed, bed stripped and in our case the mattress removed from the bed.

Very helpful sales person at Bensons Silverlink. He took the time to explain the different types of mattresses and helped me narrow down what would be most suitable for me.

Very helpful when buying a new bed, letting me try out all the mattresses to find the one I found most comfortable

Great customer service, friendly staff and very helpful, a credit to the company.

Really helpful staff member (Tracy) who took us through our options and also dealt with our subsequent service enquiry well. Good use of technology to help inform our choice

Excellent customer service, good customer focus, listened to our requirements fully understand our needs and supported us to meet what we required.

Service was really quick, staff were helpful and courteous and I was in and out in about 15 mins having made a purchase.

The staff welcomed me into shop, they were visible, but not intrusive.
I had an idea of what I wanted to look at, was allowed to look around the shop, & only when I was ready did a member of staff approach me. He answered my questions & showed me the options available to me.
I then went back around the shop & tested mattresses.
I then put together what I wanted to purchase

There was very little service. Staff stand together in the corner. They don’t come upstairs in the shop and appear to ignore customers. I was asked to pay £20 delivery charge. I think when spending well over £1000 to charge for delivery is ridiculous.

Good salesman, knew his stuff, talked about the product professionally, and the Product was good

Very good experience.
Knowledgeable staff. Explanation of products plus details of delivery.

Staff members were very knowledgeable and courteous.
Ouch didn't notice the delivery cost £39, other shops offer free delivery.

Excellent service and helpful staff. Prepared to source the best deals available.

My experience at the store was great—I could browse without feeling pestered. They offer a wide selection of beds for testing, which is a big plus.

The staff was helpful; they promptly answered my questions and I easily ordered my new mattress within a minute.

However, the downside was the wait time of three weeks for the mattress delivery. While I understand it's likely beyond the store's control, it's still something to consider.

Special thanks to Tracy and another employee for their assistance, although I missed catching the latter's name.

Additionally, I noticed a significant mold buildup in one corner near the entrance. It might be worth having that attended to.

Overall, a positive experience with knowledgeable staff, though the longer wait for the mattress and the mold issue were notable points.

Information regarding range of products, the one that was selected, and choice of delivery options was good. Haven't received goods yet as delivery date arranged for future

Brilliant customer service from the Silverlink store. Spoke with Tracey who was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I would be happy to purchase again in the future.

Friendly staff. it was a quick and very convenient sale..

No pressure selling and staff member who saved was friendly and knows her products.

We were left to browse at our leisure and the salesman had given us plenty of time. He was polite when he offered assistance and considerate to our needs.
