Delivery was seamless, the tracker facility was great, the delivery was well within the time slot given. The two young men who removed the old matress and delivered the matress were very efficient, polite and friendly, they unwrapped the mattress gave us instructions about leaving the mattress to fully inflate and air ect. and removed all the packaging, we cannot praise them high enough! Being able to try the mattress out in the store is so valuable and a must in my eyes , to make sure you chose the right mattress just for you it’s your personal experience.
Being able to try the mattress out in the shop . I tried several out . The lady was very kind and friendly and polite , she gave me a pillow to try and told me everything about caring for the mattress as well . She left me to try them for a short while and told me what ones to try. She was so helpful she said take your time and I’ll come back over to you in a short while. If I had any questions she said just ask .
