Bensons For Beds - Livingston651 Arvostelua

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good efficient service when I needed it. Delivery very expensive though compared to John lewis.

The driver Chris and driver assistant Richard went over and above to make sure they delivered, through a tight stairwell.
Very happy with their help.

Good choice of beds at different price levels at Livingston store.
Sales assistant very helpful and knowledgeable of
Product and explained delivery and payment and guarantee available .

The staff member was helpful, respectful and well informed. We had briefly visited the day before and she remembered us on our return with a warm welcome. Benson's was competitive on price and we look forward to getting our bed.

Choice was great. Sales person quite knowledgeable about the products.

Went to a store in Livingston, and was helped by a great assistant named Jack. Made things very clear and helped me with every concern I had and question. Great service, top guy

We bought our last king size bed from Bensons over 10 years ago. We were only replacing the mattress this time around and decided to go back to Bensons for a replacement. They have a wide and varied selection of beds and mattresses to choose from, the only issue being is choosing the right one for us. That's where our visit was aided by Alicja Kulakowska sales representative of the Livingston branch which we were in. She made the whole process very easy for us to choose the correct mattress. We tried several before settling on an IQ mattress which we found to be perfect for us. Purchasing was easy with the process including uplift of our old mattress. It was an enjoyable and informative experience.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and went over options thoroughly.

Staff were great. Really helpful and cheery. Would definitely recommend.

The lady who helped was very knowledgeable in what we required, spent plenty time with us advising what was best

Very friendly and helpful staff

Lovey large shop with a very good variety of beds

Jack the sales representative was helpful, he explained everything we needed to know about the product. Brilliant thanks

Very helpful and good advice about which beds would be most suitable for customers

After waiting over 6 weeks for delivery, and getting a company organised to assemble the furniture, I’ve now been advised that the delivery date won’t go ahead as promised! It’s going to be another 16 days before it arrives. I’ve also had to cancel the assembly company and they will have to check their diary before I know if they can fit the furniture for me. Very disappointed! If I hadn’t already paid in full, I would have cancelled the order! Guests were coming to stay, now have no furniture for them! Bensons did not do well in my opinion! Would think twice before spending a lot of money months in advance, and no goods as yet!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, made the purchase of my mattress very straightforward, would definitely recommend

Excellent attention, and personalised recommendations for each person's needs

Kind and polite attendant in Livingston. Attention to the detail. Bed and mattress delivered on time. No issues with the bed neither with the mattress.

We already knew what we were looking for regarding bed model and love bensons but the staff member who assisted us in our purchase was amazing she is worth her weight in gold staff like this make your experience so much nicer 10/10 and a gold buzzer from me

No sales pressure from staff and advised us about choosing a new bed. Type of mattress, bed frame and headboard.
