From purchase to delivery Bensons could not be faulted. We were regularly updated on progress of our order. Delivery was on time and the staff efficient and polite. All in all 1st class.

Very professional and friendly service. Jemma had great knowledge snd within an hour we had chosen our mattress, arranged delivery and recycle old one. Fully recommend Bensons!

My husband and I went to Bensons for beds to look for a new bed. We were quite overwhelmed with all the different mattresses. Gemma came over to us to see if we needed any assistance and she quickly identified our uncertainties of what mattress we needed. From that point Gemma was so helpful and explained the in-store diagnostic bed, this helped along with Gemma being so attentive to our purchase and even gave us the correct pillows! Quality of the mattress and the base looks excellent.
