Bensons For Beds - Leicester Arvostelua

Karen explained different bed types and mattresses clearly. Was very patient and did not push sales on us. Not doing elivering for 3 weeks so can not comment on that experience yet. So far good impression.

Customer support. Very thorough with product in terms of details and service

Left to browse then when needed help to purchase - staff member very attentive and helpful. Manager also helpful around ensuring we had the best deal on offer.

Donna was brilliant in guiding us and helping us make the right decisions.

Our visit to bensons for beds in Fosse Park went very well. Was very pleased with the friendly welcome but no high pressure selling. Zeba was very helpful but not too pushy. Which is why we made our purchase. Would definitely recommend

The lady who dealt with us was more than helpful, nothing was any trouble for her. I thank her for her help

Sales ladies were very knowledgeable and outstanding!

Fantastic experience. Came in to just have a look around see what options this store had for a new mattress. The sales person and I believe store manager Donna asked if we needed any help and as we were just browsing she lets us have a look around first and wasn’t pushy in the slightest, as I’ve had issues with other retailers where they just want a quick sale and won’t leave you alone. Then was very helpful once we were ready to ask some questions. She was very polite and friendly and explained the differences between the mattress I was interested in. And even had some demo “see through” mattresses so I could visually see the difference, which was a big help in choosing which one was right for me. Once I had chosen the one I liked she got me through the financing very quickly. Overall just brilliant and looking forward to my new mattress in a months time.

Extremely helpful and friendly assistant. Extremely knowledgeable. Well presented and easy to view the showroom

Donna (Fosse Park) was excellent. She took the time to listen to us, assess our individual needs and provide impartial advice.

Very helpfull team with helping us to colour match for furnishings already purchased ....excellent friendly people who made the whole process easy and flawless thankyou so much ....

Really great service, delivered on time, delivery team really friendly and helpful

From walking into the shop, Benson for Beds have been excellent. Lots of buying advice and assistance if you need it -we did! Updates on delivery, options to change delivery date and easy to use website plus on the day text messages and phone call all as promised. Delivery guys also excellent, customer service at its best!

Karen is a very personable staff member who was extremely helpful without exerting any pressure. As a result our purchase was straight forward and stressless.

The bed took far too long to be delivered.
It was ordered on 5th January. The first delivery date (17th February) was cancelled and was finally delivered on 18th March. The plug/cable for the integrated light was missing too although this was delivered 48hrs later.

After my husband bought our previous mattress without consulting me or letting me try it out (best intentions, but worst mattress ever), I insisted that we would both go together mattress shopping this time to ensure we had a comfortable bed that we both enjoyed.
We went to Benson for Beds in Fosse Park Leicester as I had done some research online and was rather taken with the iGel range. We were greeted by the lovely Abdul who had the perfect balance of being present and informative, without hovering or being pushy. He very patiently let us try the iGel range out as well as trying them against some similar brands for comparison. We settled on the iGel 3000 as it felt perfect.
Abdul was friendly, engaging and took the time to answer my many questions. The sales process was easy and he talked us through everything that was included, delivery, aftercare and maintenance. He was a star. Our daughter’s mattress needs renewing soon, so we will most definitely be returning.
Our mattress arrived today and the delivery drivers were also lovely. They put the new mattress upstairs and removed our old one. They gave us some tips for letting the mattress settle before use.
We are very impressed by Bensons. The customer service is fantastic and fingers crossed our mattress is going to be fantastic too.

Very knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

Great help and advice received from a knowledgeable and helpful experienced member of staff. All beds are made to a high standard and I had no hesitation in ordering a king sized bed with confidence.
