Bensons For Beds - Leeds673 Arvostelua

Order was processed efficiently , on time and promptly delivered.
Kelly dealt with us superbly and made us feel very important to her.
Well done.

Our initial in store experience was great, we were browsing and were welcomed by Sonya at the Leeds Birstsall store. She listened to what we wanted, directed us and offered us the mattress simulator to determine what would be best for us. She provided different price options and extras, talked through everything we needed to know - was warm, friendly and knowledgeable.
Whilst our delivery was a little late, the driver called to explain. The delivery people were warm and friendly. We opted for a build service. Dave (Hessy) was a lovely guy, explained everything he’d do, timings etc. showed us the finished build to make sure we were happy. All in all great service would recommend

Fabulous customer service very caring and professional

Good polite and informative sales person and delivery team

The shop at Birstall is outdated and shabby, next to dreams it doesn’t really draw you in. I went in because I have bought from you before in another store. I had been in plenty of other bed shops that day and tried out the electric beds. Yours was by far the most comfortable in my opinion if a little old fashioned. Has a wire instead of wireless which is a nuisance. Also no single button setting for the weightless sleep pattern all the others had. All in all I should have gone straight back to Dreams. If it wasn’t for the unbelievable mattress (not memory foam) I would have.
Went home thought about my experience and ordered online, which was fairly easy to do.
Then came the lengthy wait for my bed a little longer than I would have liked, but after all that I’m happy with my bed thank you.
Another thing the delivery company could do with updating, they were a nightmare.

Great service!

Really helpful staff, delivery on time and really polite and friendly

Very helpful and friendly service, very knowledgeable sales staff

Quick and friendly service

Great delivery mattresses taken to each room, bought rolled mattresses, came great in less than 24 hours, very comfy

We had a fantastic experience at Bensons for Beds thanks to Lena. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Lena explained the different options clearly without any pressure, and her advice made choosing the right bed much easier.
Excellent customer service from start to finish professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. A real credit to the store. Highly recommended!

A great experience.

Staff knew their stuff and process of purchase was smooth. Delivery made as stated.

In Store Lena was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
Great communication from Delivery drivers on the day, Darren and Kieran we're polite, on time and respectful of our property, also informed on care for mattress in regards of how often to turn mattress.

Very good selection of mattresses!! Staff very helpful!! Good offers on at time of purchase! Sonya is lovely to deal with! Many thanks to her

Great service from start to finish. Kelly at their Gildersome store was brilliant and spent a huge amount of time with us and was so patient.
After that, the email and text coms were just right and the ability to change the delivery date when our other works ran over was important.
And finally the delivery guys. We’ve had various different teams doing our new bedroom; some just seemed to think everything was a problem and to complain; not the Bensons delivery guys; they were quite the reverse two blokes enjoying their job. Nothing was too much for them. This just rounded off an excellent customer experience. Please pass on our thanks.

Really good service from both staff in the show room and the delivery staff, friendly, very patient and helpful. I'm really pleased with the bed, thank you.

We returned to Bensons for the third time last week after having great customer service from Craig. The delivery process was great too and we are very happy with all our purchases. Highly recommend this company

My husband and I returned to Bensons at Junction 27 after 9 years of purchasing our last bed. We found our experience first class yet again. We were greeted by Craig who also saw us 9 years previously! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and we would highly recommend you seek him out to discuss anything bedwise. He took lots of time with us choosing our new mattress and having recieved this exactly as promised are again very happy with purchasing and our visit to Bensons. Delivery was on time efficient and the gentleman, Adam and Paul polite and careful.
