What I like is the welcoming aspect of the staff that attended to me, good and polite manner of approach. She makes sure I choose what I like, not tired or feel uncomfortable with my request .
What I don’t like is that there should be a fixed price for assembling the bed frame not changing price because customers choose a preferred headboard.

Bensons for Beds did a great job
Bensons for Beds did a great job. The customer experience in the Kirkcaldy branch was superb. He was focused on our needs and not trying to give the quick sell. His advice was friendly and helpful. We got the right bed at the best price point for us. We walked away from a different shop when that was not the case. The delivery guys were excellent and everything arrived on time and in the condition we were promised.
