Had a good look round the store didn't get pestered by staff. Nothing but helpful once we decided what we wanted to purchase highly recommend.

Salesperson was very helpful, also the delivery and installation men were very polite and Helpfull

We purchased a wardrobe over 10 years ago and it’s as good as the day we bought it this was why we decided to go to bensons we went into the store after looking online for a bed thinking this is what we were going to buy
The store manager was so helpful and we were able to try the mattress we has seen online which we did not feel as comfortable or supported as we thought it would be
No hard sell but loads of advice we have now purchased a mattress and a bed that’s exactly what we need

From walking into the shop to receiving our new mattress, the whole experience was completely painless. We were allowed to browse without being pestered and when we did require assistance the staff were very helpful. Delivery was very good also.
