Bensons For Beds - Glasgow Great Western660 Arvostelua

Extremely helpful and friendly sales lady.

We had the good fortune to be greeted by Kevin. He was very understanding of our needs and gave excellent advice regarding the different mattresses.
We felt confident talking to him and were extremely pleased with our purchase

We went to buy a new bed, Neil was our expert and was great. He explained everything about the various products and differences with them. He helped tailor to our needs with brilliant advice. Got exactly what we wanted and now can't wait for it to arrive. Thank you Neil, thank you Bensons

Excellent customer service.
Also used the excellent assembly service. The bed was assembled in the room and in the location of my choice

Excellent service with clear explanations and a willingness to let me try out any mattress I considered.
Kevin proved most helpful.

From entering the store and being attended to by Kevin whose service and experience was second to none, to delivery on the date expected and within the allocated time by Chris and Richard, my shopping experience with Bensons for beds was perfect. I highly recommend them 👌🏽

We found the assistant, Lesley, to be knowledgeable about the products and interested to hear what we were looking for. She completed a test of our sleeping habits on the specialised bed and helped us to obtain our differing preferences . She allowed us time to try out the two beds we identified as what we wanted and to have privacy to discuss how we would proceed. She processed the order very efficiently.

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great choice of beds and mattresses to choose from and kevin from the Great Western Retail Park was very friendly, very helpful and full of knowledge a great asset to the company would highly recommend

I dealt with Amy who was very knowledgeable, it made my visit so easy, I also spoke to Neil on the phone, again very helpful, you have very good & helpful staff, they are a credit to your company.

Benson beds staff were very helpful and pleasant, great range of quality products at a reasonable price, smooth process from start to finish and would not hesitate to use again

From Kevin in the showroom and the delivery team it's been a first class experience! Love our new bed!
Thank you

We recently visited Bensons off Great Western Road and Kevin was extremely helpful regarding our purchase of a mattress explaining the differences between the different types. He also gave us time to browse around on our own and we were not hurried in any way. A pleasant experience.

Really liked the regular communications about the making of mattress. Delivery was so smooth with phone call half an hour before within time slot. The 2 men were so efficient and skilled that everything went smoothly. Will certainly recommend Benson fir beds to my friends

Salesman very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and patiently explained different mattresses to me .
I returned to same store next day and bought further bed from another salesperson who was equally pleasant and knowledgeable doing her best to accommodate my choices. Would definitely recommend and have done so already.

Was kept informed of updated delivery time. Delivered without fuss by experienced movers in spite of elevator being out of service (I live on second floor).
Property treated with respect. Quick, tidy efficient service. Highly recommended.

First class service staff very helpful nothing was a bother took the time to explain everything thanks

Amy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the bed i wanted. She was very informative on all mattresses.

Everything was delivered as scheduled and the delivery men were very polite and helpful. They made sure i was instructed on the best way to take care of the mattress before leaving.
