Neil at your Falkirk store was cheerful, knowledgeable and gave us time to explore. He accepted our choices and although he gave us options of added extras, respected our reasons for not taking them.

Five Star for Neil at Falkirk Bensons
Great service.
Only reason for the four star was the difficulty calling through to pay and arrange the purchase.

Excellent in store service
We went into the Falkirk Store to view a bed we had seen online, there was not a display model of the bed we had picked however we received exceptional customer service and ended up buying a different bed from the store which actually suited our needs more. People are often quick to complain but not so good at leaving positive reviews, we just wanted to let the Falkirk Store know how impressed we were with the service, thanks.
