Bensons For Beds - Dundee658 Arvostelua

New mattress is great after the last one was terrible.

Should have bought the igel the first time but got a Staples and it was rubbish. Igel was expensive but worth every penny

Knowledgeable and experienced saleman service.took time to explain and made recommendations without appearing pushy.

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Did not "pounce" on me the minute I walked through the door, they waited for me to seek their help. Nor did they try to sell me something I didn't want. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

I shopped within your Dundee branch. I found the experience to be pleasant without any pressure to buy.
I was helped by a very friendly assistant called Marilyn, who helped me pick a wardrobe that suited my needs.

Iain helped us and gave us advice regarding choosing a mattress, he was friendly and didn't push us into buying anything, he gave us time and space to try mattress, we bought a mattress and a bed 😴

The salesman again this is 2nd purchase in just over a week
Only fault was card machine not charging and made difficult and slow

Staff were extremely helpful, with a good understanding of our requirements for a new mattress. Not pushy for a sale.
Time will tell on the product but as for customer service, top notch!

Iain in the Dundee store helped us pick a new mattress giving impartial and expert advice. He went through the range of available products for us to make an informed decision. Looking forward to a better sleep. Many thanks Iain!

Angus was very helpful throughout our visit, not only giving us helpful advice on which bed/mattress we might consider but also accommodating our young son who was not excited to be bed shopping

I had done some research before going to Bensons so I had a good idea of the mattress I was looking for. The salesperson Bobby listened carefully and found exactly the right product , I needed to confirm a delivery date before buying so told Bobby I would ring back to confirm the purchase.
On leaving the store I noticed an offer which I hadn’t been told about…if I spent a little more I would get 10% off everything.
When I did ring back and explain I would like to take advantage of the offer, Bobby listened carefully again and with team back up he got a great deal for me.

Iain who helped us was not pushy at all, he was very helpful and insightful at helping us see/feel the difference between mattresses and pillow combinations. He answered any questions we had and ensured that we were happy with our decision. We bought our last mattress from Bensons which has lasted us 15 years and it’s still comfortable but needing replaced. We have bought an expensive mattress but it’s absolutely worth it as they last for years! We would use Bensons again in future.

Excellent experience , went for a mattress only but came out with a wardrobe as well.

My previous bed had been bought from Bensons 15 years ago and I was impressed by the service received
Thinking about replacement I wandered into Bensons again just to see what was available.I asked a very pleasant lady assistant to accompany me whilst I saw what was available.I was again impressed by her attitude and knowledge which resulted in my calling in my partner to give her opinion on choice.
Result was placing an order for a new bed.
She was ably supported by two gentlemen on site.

My husband and I were looking for a new bed and mattress. Iain in the Dundee branch was very helpful throughout the whole process. From beginning asking us if there was anything in particular that we were looking for, and pointing us in the right direction, to checking in to see if there was any questions, as well as helping us fully explore the different mattresses. He was not pushy, or salesy and the whole process from looking, to purchase our bed and mattress was great.
We are looking forward to getting our purchase.

Great service and lots of information from Iain and Morvan in helping us choose our new bed and mattress making it a stress free decision

Guys in the shop listened to what I wanted and sold me just that. I didn’t want to spend much on a guest bed and they respected that. If they had tried to sell me an expensive bed I would have walked out. They got me a well priced frame and a mattress that had been returned under the 40 night guarantee. Perfectly what we needed for the guest room. Makes a nice change to be offered what we were looking for.

The staff are very helpful and know their business inside out.

Store well laid out. Excellent customer service, competitive prices

Bobby the sales guy in the Dundee store was really good , He went through all the different types of mattress we liked and explained it all in depth making it easy for us to make the correct decision . Would recommend him to friends and family in the future .

Wide range of products with flexible payment schemes.
Fantastic sales colleagues who are giving you enough time and information to make your mind up

I can recommend Ian who is absolutely fantastic!
