Bensons For Beds - Derry Arvostelua

I have recently purchased a bed at the Derry branch of Bensons For Beds , I think I initially dealt with Connor he was so helpful and because of his help and knowledge and he was in no way pushy when I made my mind up I returned to the store to complete by order . The manager Tomas was unbelievably helpful - he honestly couldn’t have done enough to help me even after I messed up with my measurements. You think sometimes when big companies take your money then they don’t care this was not the case with Tomas and the team . I have dealt with lots of company and the after sales care has been incredible ( totally amazed at the help I have received) with bensons . Trust Bensons for your purchase you will not be disappointed . Also when I changed my product they offered me a refund for the difference . Love my new bed and loved doing business with Bensons

I wasnt rushed at the door they give you time to look around waited until I asked them
The Staff was lovely and friendly
I would recommend Benson for beds location wednesbury banch
To my family and friends

Friendly staff and very reasonable prices for the quality of beds.

Dealt with Tom and Conner in the Londonderry store. They were helpful with the purchase and any quires . It was a pleasure to deal with them.

We found Connor very welcoming and professional. He knew his subject, it was refreshing that he was not pushy at all. We came back to the store after reviewing all options purely because of his approach.
Have already recommended him and Bensons to others.

John in Derry shop was a great
No pressure to buy and very knowledgeable

Worst customer services ever. Missing parts of bed for 4 weeks and never contacted me once I had to ring the sales team ever day

Connor was very informative and knowledgeable, also very pleasant to deal with, made me feel comfortable and not forced into a sale, can’t wait to get my new bed

John was very knowledgeable and gave me space to think about my purchase. He didn't confuse me with choices, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from the moment we walked into the showroom until our mattress was delivered. Excellent company and a real credit which can sometimes be an oddity these days.

Staff made us feel welcome and gave us their attention as soon as we entered the store. Straight talking with no jargon. Showed us the mattresses in our price range, explained different qualities between them and we had made a decision within minutes…. And I never make decisions so quickly! Tom and colleagues were so helpful. Thank you

Conor was lovely and very helpful with our purchase. I'd definitely recommend
Thanks a lot.

Conor was so helpful and I feel like I got good value for money.

John was very helpful ensuring we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for us. He was courteous, efficient and was able to answer all our queries.

Tom was fantastic professional and very helpful.

I was leaving the car park at crescent link Derry, saw the sign Benson for Beds. switched off the ignition and took a walk across to the store. Looked to have a good selection and began to have a look around. Having looked at s few a sales person came and asked if I needed any help. We got chatting and there began a time of testing beds and the sales person giving me the plus and minuses of each one I had looked at. For me this was a guy who knew what he was talking about so I cut down the selection to two mattress and took a lie on both and came to a decision on the one I bought.
John the sales person is very good at his job, he is no pushy in anyway, he share the details of whatever mattress you are interested lets you have a think and will come back and ask if there is anymore information you require to help in your decision, ( a rare thing in todays world where it is quick sale and take the money) it is also unusual world to find a sales person with such good knowledge of his product., he explained all the do's and don's my rights all the details I needed to know before I paid for my purchase. alll in all a good purchase .

It was quick and a very friendly man called Tom was very helpful

Staff friendly and informative
