Adjustable bed mattress order
Quickly located our previous order which was no longer manufactured. Matched a current item to that to ensure the two mattresses would be the same dimensions. Order was completed quickly and all important information was provided and also highlighted on the invoice. The delivery process was explained and again highlighted. Thank you for the prompt and courteous service.

terry made us very welcome and explained what we needed to look for and where to find all prices we felf under no preasure but was extremily happy to find if we needed anything he would explain then let us browse so when we had made our choices called him over and he walked us through it all highly reccommend terry thank you

The manager of the store welcomed us when we entered the store and then at our request left us to have a look around and said to let him know if we wanted any help after looking around and finding a bed and mattress we were interested in we found Andy very helpful and knowledgeable about the product the store had a good range to choose from and were well displayed

Very helpful
Very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We didn't feel rushed or stalked. Our sales assistant was Terry an he was very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

TERRY WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PUT DIFFERENT PILLOWS ON BEDS FOR ME TO TRY.I CAN ONLY GET ON BEDS ON ONE SIDE SO HE KINDLY PULLED SOFAS OUT SO I COULD TRY OUT THE BEDS
HE WASNT AT ALL PUSHY AND STRESSED THE BED HAD TO BE RIGHT FOR ME.I EVEN BOUGHT 2 PILLOWS.LETS HOPE THE DELIVERY IS AS SMOOTH AS THE PURCHASE.THANK YOU TERRY AND THE OTHER GENTLEMAN WHOS NAME ESCAPES ME.
