There was no pressure to buy anything but he was so knowledgeable about what we were after.

The two members of staff who helped us were very well informed and not in the least pushy. Businesses are going to have to start reintroducing more face to face selling in order to satisfy customers. The novelty of online is wearing thin when it comes to large item purchasing. Sales bots just don't cut it. The staff at Bensons Crewe were excellent.

The staff are very polite and helpful when deciding which beds or mattresses you wish too choose . So yes very happy to deal with them
