Bensons For Beds - Craigleith Arvostelua 

Josh was very helpful to me in the Craigleith, Edinburgh store. When my original plan didn't work out as I thought, he guided me to an alternative which was just as good (if not better). He was relaxed and friendly and not at all pushy. I left the store feeling that I had found the right bed and mattress for me.

Charmaine was great. Helping us to find the right beds for two households with very different requirements, she spent a lot of time answering our questions to ensure we got the most appropriate mattresses for our needs.

We went to craigleith branch tried a few beds returned after a few days spoke with Josh who was very helpful and put no pressure on us to decide. We did decide, ordered bed arranged delivery, easily. The delivery team was also very pleasant and helpful delivered clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Bensons

In a world where we buy so much on line buying a bed is still one of the exceptions-or should be.
Josh was immediately welcoming, breaking away from his colleagues and coming over to offer assistance. I bought my bed from Bensons 3 years ago and had a great experience ( and a great bed) so when my mum needed a new bed there was only one destination.
Josh was very patient listening to our wish list and picking the appropriate
bases and mattresses to try. We never felt rushed.

Bensons Craigleith Edinburgh. Wanted a Dunlopillo pillow, so a comparatively small purchase. Charmaine was extremely helpful. She explained all the options, was polite, efficient and not pushy! Was made to feel welcome to the store by Charmaine and her colleague at Craigleith and explored the whole store. Will be returning for future purchases and can definitely recommend the sales experience at this store.

Azad made our experience an unforgettable one. Not only is he very handsome young man, but also patient, knowledgeable, helpful, communicate on a level with my teenage son and managed to get him to buy a bed and frame. Every question that was hit at him he managed to answer and also demonstrate. I deteste coming to these places but it's the only option if you want to try what you buy instead of the online method which has failed me on so many levels for quality. Azad was not pushy and approached at the right time. He selected many options from cheap to expensive and managed to find a middle ground. When you are in these stores you need to be there the minimum 1 hour and we exceeded this to find the comfort we needed. Only downfall which put me off was the delivery £69 and the 10% discount ends up the price for the delivery. No incentive for the price you pay with a free pillow or something. But nothing is for free these days. It's all incorporated in the price. Very happy with the service. I would recommend Azad. He helped me to digest the delivery otherwise I would have gone somewhere else that would include free delivery. I didn't need the QR code I was going to give him a review in my mind already. When great customer service is given you want to do so without been prompted to do so

We were looking to buy a mattress an d decided on Bensons. We were given a warm welcome by the store assistant who was only too pleased to show us the variety of mattresses and allow us to test them before making a choice. The assurance was very efficient and gave us best advice.

Delivered on time, care taken in my home, built on premises by very friendly gents who had shoe coverings to protect my carpets. They were very helpful too by taking my old mattress downstaurs for me. Excellent service.

Azad and his colleague at Craigleith were friendly, helpful, informative and attentive to our thoughts, and did not make us feel 'pushed' with regard to sales. A credit to the company. Five stars for excellent service.

Easy to decide which bed suited us by using their demo bed. Got a good discount and so far all is good with it.

The saleswoman was great. Made me feel at ease and I felt like she couldn't do enough to help. Offering me protectors and bed cleaning kits and a variety of delivery days
