Bensons For Beds - Coventry206 Arvostelua

We were attended by AKRAM in Sales during our visits. He was patient, courteous and calmly went out of his way during those visits to look for our requirements to our satisfaction. Special mention for Store Manager, Meshaq McClleland.
Now hope products and delivery meet upto their professional standards!!!

Good service , pleasant gentleman who sold us the bed , no issues so far

Really helpful service thank you Akram for taking your time answering questions and explaining everything to me!
It’s just the waiting time for delivery now as not very patient! 😆

Friendly, professional service.

Meshaq at the Coventry Store was amazing! Not pushy, very helpful and let us think about the options we had before purchase. Clearly knew his stuff.

We were very undecided on weather to purchase a bed or not but meshaq the sales advisor was so good we purchased a product we liked and couldn’t recommend him enough

Staff were very helpful, helped us find the firmness we need and then a suitable mattress in our price bracket. Excellent service

Efficient and helpful without being pushy.

Very good experience with benson beds did not feel any pressure to buy which is something that I really like the whole process from start to finish was excellent

Very helpful staff

We has an idea about what we wanted, but once we tried them, we changed our minds.
The sales lady was very knowledgeable and helped us find our perfect mattress

Helpful and informed staff.

Bensons for beds in Coventry Gallagher retail park. Brilliant service from Meshak, polite, helpful and efficient. Single bed purchased for my daughter, Meshak offered great advice and we got the sale prices.
Thank you

The sales assistant (Akram) was knowledgeable friendly helpful and not at all pushy. We were not rushed and able to look around and try the mattresses to find the one that suited us. Akram was there to answer questions and advise when asked. This is the second time we have bought a bed from Bensons. We have visited other bed shops but prefer the service at Bensons
