Bensons For Beds - Chippenham375 Arvostelua

Chippenham company very nice seller
South African gentleman

The assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us and allowed us to lie on beds to try them out.

The Staff. Malcolm advised me in my first visit, however I was unsure if I really wanted to change my bed. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me just advised the opening times if I wanted to come back and chat some more. I then returned and spoke with the manager who was also very helpful and advised me on the mattresses, which I wasn’t sure if I needed to change if I bought a bed frame. A thoroughly enjoyable experience with great staff and great products. I look forward to receiving my bed soon. Thank you.

There was no hard sell which was a relief. Staff were helpful but let us just look around & then when we needed more information they were there to answer all our questions. We were clueless about our requirements and the staff helped us choose a bed & mattress at the best price with excellent discounts. Really painless & actually quite refreshing!

We received a great deal of help in choosing our bed .

Great experience. Very helpful assistant.

Very helpful and pleasant

Excellent service and product, no pressure sale.

Friendly informative staff that did not pressure sell.

The sales assistant was very helpful and I was able to make my purchase and take advantage of an offer that I was unaware of.

Very helpful got just what I wanted no pressure from staff .

Very knowledgeable member of staff who wanted to sell the right mattress, not necessarily the most expensive and spent lots of time checking it was right for us

Jeff is a kind, helpful and professional person, he gave me a great experience in purchasing the beds and mattresses. Thank you very much for his help.

Shopped there before good service pleasant sales person

Great advice and service.
We had all our questions answered and some great advice.
First rate - thank you

First we were shown the different mattresses then were left to try as many as we wanted
The assistant left us to wander without bothering us until we were ready to make a purchase
He was extremely helpful

Good showroom, quick service although salesman a little too pushy trying to sell bed insurance also felt that delivery should be free, after all not many people could take away a bed or mattress even if given the choice.
